The Four Horsemen ripoff was a welcome surprise, and I felt the only good song on the album >_>

I've been working at a restaurant for 6 months now, while the hours are great, there's a really bad cockroach infestation that has never gone away in my entire time there and I see 1-3 of them every single day at work.
I obviously can't tell the interviewer this. I do know they pay 2 dollars more than my current job. Can I say that I'm getting a better financial opportunity without sounding greedy?

I always used to hear this back in the day, but replace Ride the Lightning with the album right after, Master of Puppets.
Then everyone shits on Black Album and above. Maybe some love for it but then Load and Reload were universally panned by the fans.

Metallica fans were butthurt about these albums back in the 90s and 2000s but I think people are more apprecviative of them now.
On these specific albums my favorites are Until It Sleeps, Unforgiven II, and The Memory Remains.

I emailed Occupational Health and Safety.
If the place would be fumigated and rid of cockroaches and I could still work there with no cockroaches that would be great.

Yeah there's a Taco Time in the strip mall and apparently it's really bad there too.
Today I took another safety measure and put my work shoes in a bag, tied it up and put it in the garage.

The restaurant is in a strip mall with other businesses including more restaurants, and apparently has been a problem at this restaurant for over 2 years. People tell me the cockroaches are the entire strip mall, not just this restaurant.
I've been working there for about 4 months now and just recently decided to start looking into whether people have accidentally brought cockroaches home with them and had an infestation in their house because the female lays eggs.
I'm starting to get increasingly worried now because this is really a thing.
I ruffle my clothes now before I go into my house and check all my pockets.
Should I look elsewhere for a job? Is it possible to report and get the entire strip mall fumigated or something? I'm in Canada btw.
Damn shame because other than that I love working there.
Btw I believe they are German cockroaches. Apparently the worst kind :/

Pete didn't graduate from Smallville, there's no reason for him to return to a high school reunion.

My point still stands that a Smallville reunion episode is not a good idea considering the circumstances of the characters.

Finished all of Smallville.
Season 10 was overall good IMO but definitely not on-par with early seasons.
If I ever binge again I'll do season 1-7 maybe.

Ok Episode 4 of Season 10 triggered me.
Smallville reunion and all we get is one memory clip from season 1 when he first met Lana.
None of the cast from older seasons was there and was pretty much teasing us SMH why even have a "Smallville reunion" then?

Season 10 is actually good so far IMO. Makes up for the garbage that was season 9.
About 3 episodes in so far.

I'm on episode 18 I think, of season 9.

Decided to browse opinions on the TV broadcast boards and it looks like consensus among fans is they fucking hate Lana.
I guess I'm in the minority because I thought she was the best part of the show.

About 2 years ago I binged season 1-8 and about 5 eps of season 9 then dropped it. Decided to start again and I remember why. The show feels like an empty shell without Lana and Lex.
I'm on episode 7 or 8 now and I guess I'll finish the show in it's entirety but I have low expectations.

If it's making a grinding noise at start up or when it's trying to read a disc, then it's likely the laser assembly slipping on the worm drive. This is a pretty easy fix if you're comfortable opening the system up. Usually all you need to do is adjust the laser assembly until it can engage the worm drive.

I wouldn't say grinding, more like constantly beeping or clicking.

A place in my area does repairs on this stuff so I'm gonna take it there

I quit my job in December because I got a new job and when I handed in my resignation, the owner freaked out at me and got mad it was awkward as hell because I've never had that happen before.

IDK, can someone confirm that fat PS2s are more reliable? I recall the failure rate on them is terrible as well.

I think I've been through about 6 PS2 slim consoles over the past 15 years or so and I botched the laser replacements when I tried to do it myself.
Now the laser on this one seems to be dying because games are stuttering and laser seems to be trying really hard, making noises to read discs.
I guess I should just invest in an external DVD drive for my PC so I can get PCSX2 because seems to be the only option to play my fucking PS2 discs. *Sigh
