Yeah, I've never watched these guys, but I love some harmless internet drama and apparently their fans were pissed. They lost 100k subscribers over the weekend. They are technically doing the Worth it show with the original cast that included one of the people on the couch. Wishing you the best on your intermittent fasting journey! I also practice it, as I really enjoy eating. Postponing when I eat helps me manage my intake. However, its important to remember that many studies suggest the weight loss from intermittent fasting may not be due to delaying food consumption. Because of that I let me self have a nibble here and there some times. Note I am not suggesting you should do this in your personal journey. Do what works well for you. Oh yeah. Definetly just a way for me to keep my calories in check while still eating what I want mostly. Try to stay strict not for the "benefits", but to keep myself accountable and consistent. This reminds me I should probably start using my fasting tracker app again, but think I like just doing the 12pm to 8pm window even if I stopped eating at 6pm or earlier or break my fast later than 12pm. --- I wash myself with a rag on stiiick |

I have no clue what is going on with my weight. I keep going up and up. I was was sick for a little while back and I got down to 185 now with in like a weeks time I am at 197 pounds. And I have not been eating that much. Last time I had like two chicken wings and that is it and I gained. I don't know what is up. I am under a lot of a stress so maybe that is doing it.
