I changed up my workout schedule to be mornings instead of evenings. I've been busy in the evenings lately and just been kinda shirking gym time, so hopefully just changing my time will be a good move.

Did it today for the first time and I'm feeling great at work.

Maybe foot issues came make today, and I could not get to sleep last night. I was up all night. And wasn't about to work out. Walking a little better now still hurts. But I am going to get a cardio workout after I take a nap.

Odd thing happened to me today. I looked at myself in the mirror and I like I didn't see any changes. And I just felt bad. Like logically I know there are changes happening. But I just felt like I was at the start of this thing and I don't know how that happened.

Gain more muscle, and then you will look more defined when you lose the water weight. Losing weight without gaining muscle can cause a skinny fat look.

Dude, that's a lot more weight than me. Nice

And you can lose weight and gain muscle at the same time, but it is slow going. Potentially more likely to not backside though vs losing weight fast.

If 1500 per day is tough, here is a consideration - do 1000 every other day. A lot of people say that this works well, because you have a strong diet where you are hungry on half the days, but you always have the knowledge that tomorrow will be better. So extreme half the time instead of moderate all the time?

If you can convince your brain of this, I would recommend 2000 on the "off" days, but super high protein. Your weight loss will be a little slower, but your muscles will be better off.

While I have been under 200 for little bit. Today I weighted my self on one of those old fashion scales.

And putting the marker on 150 was just like the best. Like I don't know what it was. But doing that made me feel better than just looking at numbers on the scales. Then I had fried Chicken wings and French Fries so I could have pushed myself back over the line LOL.

Congratulations.

Had two 20 mile outdoor bike rides. And was able to work 6 hours walking on the treadmill. 7 miles total, 15,918 steps. Great because I typically only get about 3000 a day. Wish I was off the phones all day

I don't know if I have opened up about this, but I don't like being around people, that sounds bad. I don't hate others I just get overwhelmed. And new gyms and all the stuff that comes with makes it so much harder. So I have moved to working at home. I have used bands to the replicate the cable work outs and they are working really well. You really feel it. You need an anchor and you can do almost anything with them.

Did a great workout today. I had to make something that deals with my legs with the Bands .

So this is what I did.
The Glute Bridge that is the thing where you push up your junk. I did that with a dumbbell worked out pretty good.
Hip Abductions: These felt a bit strange, and Im uncertain about their benefits.
Cable Leg Curls: These were fantastic; I could really feel the burn.
Dumbbell Squats: Ive decided to omit these from my routine as they didnt agree with my knees.
Bench Dips: While not specifically for legs, I couldnt resist including them for that extra challenge. I think I might bring out my wrist braces from when I use to skate board. I don't know how safe these are. I am putting a lot of weight and pressure on my wrists.

I see what you are saying. But overall, I love the chest press. The only thing I miss about not going to the gym and the Hack Squat. I just think that looks cool. LOL
