I don't know how to feel about this case.
I want him punish for the horrible acts that he did.
But at the same time he is a flat out mental case.
So where should he go, in Gen. pop where he is literally to crazy to go. Or mental ward where he might escape justice .

If he is truly mentally ill then legally he is not responsible for what he did. And even just knowing the bare surface knowledge of him, he sounds pretty insane

The system fucked up and never got him help. I'm autistic too. And I am almost his exact age. He's apparently 1 year younger than me. When I look at his life compared to mine I realize how lucky I was to get treatment. The world failed this guy. He should have been being seen by a doctor for decades.

I didn't want to speak bad about his parents, since one of them was raped by him( seemingly) but you are right. And just because something horrible happen to his mum does not change the face that they failed him. And Zikten is right he does seem to be insane. The face that he openly talked about kind of highlights that.

I use to be a CO and we had a lot of people who had some type of mental illness. But nothing as bad as that guy.

He needs to be put in a mental ward. It might be too late for him, but he needs help not to be thrown in jail .

Someone should look into that girl who was on the phone with him too though. She seems pretty fucked up from what I hear.

I really don't think they would survive prison. They'd become someone's fuck toy within the first week, and their mental issues would cause him to piss off the wrong person eventually. Doesn't matter if they're in a female or male prison tbqh, you get some hard ass mofos in either scenario.

Remanding them into the proper psych care is really the only option.

Hey im currently a CO and yeah he needs to go to a mental ward. He wouldnt do well in real prison and more so just cause hes crazy rather than a rapists. Rapists don't always get it bad in prison. We kinda lump the majority of them together in one dorm at my unit sorta for their protection.

Umm Idk what you mean about smell.

We did have a dude clocked cause he dunked his shirt in a toilet and was walking around letting it drip on the floor.

Normal unclean people just tend to get ostracized so to speak like others won't let them in on activities or sit near them

If they are related on the father's side, it really doesn't make much sense for them to take her in unless she helped raise them. They probably aren't close.

Maybe they are living out of state, and maybe they got families of their own there? Maybe the officials/doctors who the decision falls upon in this healthcare/guardian system wasnt made fully aware of Chriss situation.
