Im just glad we have some freedoms left in America. Thankfully we are not China. Over there where there is no freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of press, freedom of internet, or freedom of sexuality. In china you can be put in prison or disappear if you disrespect the government or flag. Imagine if America had that same thing, about 100 million people would had been arrested for disrespecting trump (or now Biden).

I like Gael Garcia though I watched the Science of Sleep late at night and fell asleep.

Though I've appreciated Unbreakable, Signs (thought not the best), and enjoyed what I saw of Split and have heard ok-good things about Glass, I sincerely doubt this will be a good movie.

The science of sleep is amazing. It has the best dreamy vibe out of mostly any movie. I hope others here have gotten to watch it before. Anyway Old seems like it could turn out nice

So what do you guys think of thia trailer itself? Like i said I'd even just watch it to see Gael Garcia acting. I can't be the only person here who had really liked the Science of sleep?

I personally love Signs

Signs was one of his good movies. It had almost a realistic take on crop circles. I think the unbreakable trilogy is my favorite of his. I was only 13 when i watched the sixth sense in theater and it scared me

His new movie called Old is gonna be out in summer or something. Anyone think its gonna be good? I know his movies were always hit and miss. But one thing i like a lot so far is Gael Garca Bernal being the lead character. I loved him in the Science of Sleep. Good to see him in a new movie

Why were they checking a 20 dollar bill anyways? In my whole life i never had a 20 checked. Only 100 dollar bills. They really had no reason to do that unless it was a racial thing

The kids that called the cops had no idea what they were doing. The one didnt even know how calling 911 works (nor what it meant to call the cops on a black man specifically) and the other shouldnt have confronted anybody outside the store over something petty like that.

And fwiw, the store shut down and it was vandalized repeatedly. Apparently the only reason that it hadnt been burnt down was because they stopped it the multiple times it happened.

Thats a terrible excuse. How can a teenager who is almost an adult not understand what 911 does? There are children like 4 years old who know what 911 is and have used it to save people

By the way can you imagine if congress actually worked this hard on getting a stimulus package out? These last few days both democrats and republicans have been debating so much on this subject, don't think they put this much work into a stimulus deal for like 6 months already

Stop focusing on the money part and explain how the store is still standing after protestors and rioters went after so many other places that had nothing to do with Floyd's death

I been wondering. Give me your opinions. The store that called the police on george floyd about the fake 20 dollar bill. They literally kicked off everything that happened through out the summer and to today. But i don't understand how all the protestors went everywhere else except to that store. How the rioters destroyed hundreds of stores that had nothing to do with george floyd, yet didn't take out their anger on this store who caused Floyd's death. Today the store is still open and doing business. When Rayshard Brooks wad killed in Atlanta, protestors burned down the Wendy's that called police on him. And the turn out for brooks wasn't even anywhere near as huge as Floyd. It just seems backwards to me. All that store had to do was keep their mouths shut, george floyd would had drove away and nothing would have ever happened.

I love the Nier series. The music and combat and story is always so crazy good. I only played nier gestalt and automata. Never replicant since it wasn't really released in America. So i am definitely gonna pick this version of it up. Sucks gotta wait a couple months :(

Would it stay a 16 bit 2D game or would it be changed into a 3D game like chrono cross? I mean either would be cool really, a 3D game would be built from the ground up. If its 2D 16 bit well not sure what they would change for a remake. As they already had several ports with new content.

You can't say that about Kyle for sure. The evidence is that the only people shot that night were the ones who attacked him. He had many more bullets, if his attention was to hit the streets and murder people he would have unloaded onto a crowd

If you are gonna use the curfew as an excuse, then it also can be used against the other people in the streets. If they were at home and not violating curfew, they would had never met Kyle

You don't get away with murder because the other person has done crimes. What they did is irrelevant. His self defense is irrelevant because he wasn't supposed to have those weapons in the first place. If he didn't have them and didnt gode people into attacking him no one would have died. I am not defending him, I'm not his lawyer. I am just stating facts that can be used in trial. By the way even if kyle was goading them to do violence, it was their choice to even pay attention and commit to the attacks on him. They could have just walked on by and not let emotions control them. But maybe you haven't watched all the videos, like uncensored ones and such, each of the people who were killed or injured had attacked him first. One with their fists, one with a skateboard, who also then grabbed onto Kyle's rifle and tried taking it, and the last guy actually had a gun and attempted to shoot kyle. From video evidence and witness testimony Yes kyle has a self defense case

Joseph Rosenbaum, the man who attacked Kyle in the parking lot, and was shot in the head and killed for his trouble, was reportedly a convicted sex-offender for a sexual offense involving a minor.

Anthony Huber, the man captured on video who attempted to brain a fallen Kyle with a skateboard, reportedly has a criminal history of violence, including charges of batter and repeat domestic abuse.

Gaige Grosskreutz, the man captured on video attempting to shoot Kyle dead, and who suffered a traumatic arm injury when he was instead first shot by Kyle, reportedly has a criminal record of gun crimes.

In contrast, Kyle has no reported criminal history, not even any kind of sealed juvenile records.

Second, even if Kyle is guilty of some gun crime (e.g., underaged possession of a weapon) or curfew violation (a curfew apparently not being enforced against anybody), that purported crime is irrelevant to his self-defense justification for a use-of-force. Perhaps Kyle might be convicted of a gun offensebut that in no way undermines the lawfulness of his use-of-force in self-defense.

And you also have a right to quit the job if you dont like following the rules. And not turn it into some big drama online to rally people to hurt that company. Its getting outta hand really. Now the protestors wanna cause a bunch of harm to this business, just because the owners were enforcing the company rules. So now what's gonna happen, businesses need to change their rules just to accomodate one person or get canceled?

Well its their business. When you work in any place you have to follow the rules of that business. Maybe the owners didn't want people wearing political things at the job. Not everyone is a BLM supporter, and if customers come in and don't want that pushed in their faces then its a fair thing
