I dunno, something is wrong here, isquen not immediately counterclaiming Chris is concerning, even with the good guy scan on him I don't see how town doesn't twitch at seeing literally the exact same claim.

Granted, isquen seemed to not even realize Chris had scanned so maybe they just straight up weren't reading the game, which is ALSO concerning for other reasons.

Given the choice right now I'd lynch Isquen over Chris for obvious reasons but I'm also happy with the Scare lynch because he very much seems like scum rolling over and dying and his team doesn't want to help him so we can deal with this Day 4 with more night actions to work with.

I don't think isquen's claim makes much sense as scum for so many reasons thus 'maybe we should stop setup metaing a madman'

Also I don't think a scum scare sacrifices himself for a scum plum with bg so that doesn't count.

Let me get to my computer and actually think for once.

Actually I will correct. Possible scum has a protection role that saved plum n1 from possible vig. So if a scum protection role flips we can still murder plum. But I don't think any town night killing has been claimed so odds of that are slim.

I think plum just kind of has to be town here. Which is annoying because it means I am going to have to put effort into this game.

According to the ninja there was apparently a third person who targeted plum n1 because if they were the only other person I wouldn't have noticed it.

Also kind of want to kill it just for the stupid flavor meta.

Gen 2 through 5 looked great for their era I think. 1 as well if you just focus on Yellow. The Switch to 3D is really what threw them for a loop.

Graphics have always been important for open-world games, and Arceus is so fat below the standard that it's a legitimate issue.

Also whether or not people admit it, the majority have always cared about graphics. Even something like FF7 with its lego characters doesn't become as insanely popular as it was without occasionally blowing minds with FMV sequences.

Remember my favorite games are mostly jrpgs with let's say quaint graphics from the snes-ps2 era

I don't really care what other people do though, but Gamefreak clearly doesn't have a graphically impressive bone in their body and hasn't for 25 years now.

I just can't understand the mindset of "yeah I know the games look like crap because they know it doesn't matter, and I'm fine with that".

People have to hold developers to some kind of fucking standard. One day they're going to slack on something you actually care about and suddenly you're going to care.

Because it doesn't affect my enjoyment. Don't like it? Don't buy it, that's cool. I drop games if they disappoint me. But swsh were super fun and so is this. I literally don't care anout graphics in pokemom.

Plum has been very unplum like and I haven't really paid much attention beyond that. Need to read the game with a more critical eye.

Don't have time for a ton of info right now but I gained bulletproof powers AND an "aether scan".

Chris's aether is pure. I scanned him because across all my games of mafia, town Chris has been willing to pick a game up on his back and carry it. I'm not feeling that at all here. Maybe it's because he's bored of mafia because it's "solved" or whatever but I wasn't buying it.

Legitimately disappointed to see he's town (I assume that'd what pure aether means) and I'd like to see a lot more from him today.

Will be back later when I'm at work.

Oh and Ulti says we are all idiots who should never play mafia again etc etc hopefully he comes around and gives some useful thoughts later.

Like I think one of the things that has mellowed me out about mafia is playing in champ games against some of the very best people and seeing how solved of a game mafia really is. Like, the very best town players are almost always going to beat the very best scum players in fair setups. So stuff with crazy roles with people who arent' world class isn't anything to be upset about. It's a silly role, people made silly mistakes, its okay to just have fun until you die
