Neither of those are true. All my guides but one are my own and I remain the legal owner of my work. This was what GameFAQs was foundationally built upon, and that has yet to change, and we will know if it does.

I can choose to destroy my own life's work at any time.

But given the gravity of that last sentence, I'm exercising my own right to be cautious and not reactive, because it is MY life's work and one thing I won't suffer is people trying to use me and leveraging my work as revenge for the boards being gutted.

I think the combat in the Judgement games is my favorite in the series.

That's basically a function of it being some of their latest in action combat, particularly when it comes to the Dragon Engine. Yakuza 6 and Kiwami 2 were rough on action combat, and then it seems they kinda "got it" when they moved on to Judgment, then Lost Judgment, then Like a Dragon Gaiden which is also fun and awesome.

You're correct on that one. Kaito Files is the only multi-chapter DLC story content they've ever released and it's some of the best short-form writing they've ever done.

So yeah to answer the previous question, the Judgment series is action combat like the earlier LAD games combined with detective-style minigames, things like chasing, tailing, lock-picking, eavesdropping, and in LJ you add things like parkouring and infiltrating. Some of the minigames hit and some of them don't. For the most part, they do tend to overstay their welcome, but are not so bad as to ruin the experience.

Now this is hornyposting.

Kinda late to that given the recent suspensions I'd say.

How are the judgements games?

Judgment games are good! They're a nice break from yakuza drama and more detective stories. It's a weird vibe being a normal law-abiding person.

0 is my personal recommendation for starting. It's a great sampling of the action, tone, melodrama, humor, and side content that the series is famous for. It requires no previous knowledge to engage in, as it's a prequel to the main storyline, so it exists quite self-contained.

Not the same context, but I'm "missing" Helldivers 2 right now, given it's actively changing over time.

These people are literally folks who learned Japanese from piecing it together in video games and anime and declared themselves experts based on reading the translation notes of others.

It's entirely a desire to appear the smartest person in the room when they have no actual experience in writing a compelling story.

It's individual page views, so likely a few from the same person, and yes it also counts people without accounts.

It's my only perspective, but it's a good reference point. Also yesterday was a weekday. Weekends tend to do better traffic.

That's the current users on the boards at a specific moment. GameFAQs gets plenty of traffic in a day.

Even if you don't visit CE, if you had an active account that had enough karma to visit it at the time of the privatization, you still have access to it.

That's why the numbers are so high. Tens of thousands of people who have never visited CE have access to it all the same.

Much like arms dealers, the police thrive on the idea that they are necessary. If it is observed that they aren't as necessary, they will create situations where they are.

So what are our confirmed deaths so far?

We have Gyrich and Gambit absolutely 99% for realsies (that 1% being the margin of error inherent in every comic book death). 90% certain Bolivar Trask (unless he can be powered back up and even then, is life as a hidden Sentinel really being yourself).

And a very good chance that Sebastian Shaw, Dazzler, and Squidboy are dead from the Genosha attack based on Jean's psychic whatevers. Callisto also had a picture of her in memoriam so she's on the sliding scale towards deadness.

Gene Park with the typically even-handed takes. Honestly I often find him to be a little "too fair" in some of his critiques so the fact that he specifies particular flaws in Stellar Blade is notable.

Hiding bodies is simpler than you might expect. As long as they're in a location where Garrett would be invisible (completely darkened Light Gem), they're invisible unless they're touched.

One of the earliest things to learn is that guards in Thief games are bliiiind as heeeellll. Or perhaps Garrett just has a more finely tuned visual acuity than they do.

But they have really great ears and they can detect when footsteps are yours versus when they're the footsteps of other guards lol.

Anyway, the fact that Ms. Hirsi is not destitute on the street isn't the point here. The point is that she engaged in a non-violent protest, exercising her First Amendment rights, and was suspended for it alongside 100 other students. She does not have access to classes, her on-campus housing, or her on-campus dining plan.

She's probably fine, but what of the dozens of others involved in the protest?

The NYPD is most likely separating their detainees by assigned sex at birth, not by gender.

If there are gender non-conforming people in the group, that'd be what would indicate such a statement.

If there were any trans women in the group of protestors, the would have been thrown in with the men.

It is like someone saying they have had a girlfriend before, only to find out it was in kindergarten and they just pushed each other over on the playground.

I wouldn't call it a solidly defined term to begin with. The way I figure, if you can say in public "I have a girlfriend" and she can say "I am their girlfriend" then you've got a girlfriend, and it doesn't need to be any more specific than that.

I know this sounds like I am making fun of it all, but I am not. There is nothing wrong with it, and sometimes it can lead to something in-person in time. But it IS different prior to actually meeting.

So yeah, I am arguing semantics and probably sounding really condescending in the process.

Maybe a little, but I'm just trying to explain it in terms of my own experience. It's less about kissing or sex or proximity as it is an intimacy between the two people involved. Being able to share things they wouldn't share with other friends.

It's a case of semantics, honestly. Using the term is believing you've earned the right to use the term along with everyone else who uses the term, ie. people with relationships. It's that big social pressure to be someone who is in a relationship.

A different word is needed IMO. Maybe I am just old lol
