Actually in the BP movie, one of the magic wakanda flowers was saved; so as long as they have seeds from that flower, they can regrow them. In all likelihood, as scientifically advanced as the wakandans are, they would have recorded the seed's genetic structure and stored the knowledge in several different places in case something like what happened with Killmonger occurred. With that knowledge they could recreate the seeds and plant them, which would restart the crop that they lost.

Eh, I think it ruin some of the background to the story. Jordan destroying all the flowers wasn't just to eliminate any competition. It meant that they would now have to change their way of life and the structure of their government. The whole point of the story was that they were forced to change, that's what the villain wanted and that's what BP as king ended up doing as well. Magicing their flower back from the dead just means they can go back to the way it was, having king by combat and so one so forth.

What IS Criminal Justice 101 is the Mens Rea and the Actus Reas. The mens rea refers to the mindset of the individual with respect to their intent or knowledge to commit a crime. The actus reas is the actual act having been committed. The mens rea can change a 2nd degree murder to a 1st degree murder. It cannot prove that a murder occurred. In this case, the legal justification for Kyle would be 'would a reasonable person in this situation think they were going to get their ass kicked and/or be killed?'. The only thing that matters is whether or not Kyle thought that. And you know what he has to do to prove it? "You're honor I thought they were gonna kill me" and it's up to the prosecutor to prove that he wasn't thinking that.

If I go to a good steakhouse, I go medium rare because I can reasonably trust them to cook it correctly.

If I go to a shitty place, I usually don't get steak. But if I do, I just go medium and figure they might go a little low or a little high. But going from medium rare to well done is fuckin dumb.

Looking back at the autopsy and the video I think you're right. In the video, it seems like one of his first shots drops the guy at which point he probably hit him in the back on his way down. The autopsy states that the bullet went through his lung and his liver which means the shot had to have come from an angle that was above him. There still seems to be a wound that's unaccounted for based upon the sound in the video, but maybe we just don't hear the shot for some reason?

It actually really doesn't matter what happened before the first incident. The first thing we see is the kid running away from a would-be aggressor. And, as I posted in my earlier video from the lawyer, in the state of Wisconsin any event in which someone may have been a provocateur does not have the right to self-defense UNLESS they attempt to remove themselves from the situation after the provocation occurs. Which he did. All seen in the video.

Not really. I actually believe Ahmaud would have been justified in shooting the rednecks had he had a gun. And the rednecks were justified in attempting to stop him according to citizens arrest laws (assuming they met the standard).

Honestly in this case, at least in the second event, it's very possible both parties were legally within their right. It depends largely upon the mindset of the people involved. The kid may have thought he was going to get his ass kicked or killed, thus self-defense. The people attempting to stop him may have thought they were trying to stop a criminal, totally legal.

In this case, the situations are flipped. The Kyle kid is Ahmaud and the other people are the rednecks. Just had a different outcome.

It's also not dissimilar from ZImmerman either.

I have one that's kind of like this (except it's opaque white). It has a floss dispenser built into the handle, so you pull out what you need, wrap it around the arms, then use the cutter to cut off the excess. When it's time for new floss, you just unwrap it from the arms, pull out a bit more, then thread it back through the arms again and cut off the extra.

Thats actually pretty nifty. I like the little pick things that have those but I hate having to buy a bag of them. Feels wasteful.

You can literally see it and hear it in the video. It doesn't take a detective to see another guy with a handgun shoot it into the air seconds before the event. And then hearing multiple gunshots immediately after the kid shot which was clearly not the kid based on the video. The guy was shot more times than the kid shot. Someone else shot. This isn't forensic science.

Detective Cepress indicates that he asked McGinnis if Rosenbaum had his hands on the gun when the defendant shot. McGinnis said that he definitely made a motion that he was trying to grab the barrel of the gun. McGinnis stated that the defendant pulled it away and then raised it. McGinnis stated that right as they came together, the defendant fired. McGinnis said that when Rosenbaum was shot, he had leaned in (towards the defendant).

Dr. Kelley of the Milwaukee Medical Examiners Office conducted an autopsy on Joseph Rosenbaum. Dr. Kelley indicated that Rosenbaum had a gunshot wound to the right groin which fractured his pelvis, a gunshot wound to the back which perforated his right lung and liver, a gunshot wound to the left hand, a superficial gunshot wound to his lateral left thigh, and a graze gunshot wound to the right side of his forehead.

Four wounds. One of which was in his back which is impossible given the way the altercation took place.

Note in the videos there was another person in the same parking lot that shot once in the air just before the kid shot. Then you also hear more shots immediately after the kids shots. Its very possible that someone shot at the two of them and hit the manlet.

So it turns out the kid might not have been the only one who shot the manlet. According to the reporter witness guy he thinks the kid fired three shots, one of which appeared to have missed. There's at least one or two shots that don't appear to be accounted for from the defendant. He was shot in the back according to the preliminary autopsy. The manlet had been shot four times. In the dick, the back, his left hand, his left thigh, and the side of his head. There are also multiple shots that occurred immediately after the kid shot at the manlet.
