It sort of depends what kind of area you're moving from, and where you'd be moving to. I'm guessing Auckland for the latter? Just sort of checking out my options. I was talking to someone in my profession who lives down in NZ and he mentioned it. It's medical so I'm guessing anywhere there's a decent number of people I could potentially find a job if hiring. I'm just slowly losing my mind. |

I liked the idea...it seems like the hardest part of keeping a business that's large-scale is to keep people from doing the same thing that happens to have more resources than you...but it seems people just lost interest in it. |

Oo I think theres enough inefficiencies in both the workday and training that would allow more work to get done and more people to enter...at the cost of high salaries. There could even still be some professions that keep the their 60h a week roles. Id like to see modern education go away and get back into a more classical education for degrees and apprenticeships for jobs. I know Im only paid well because we have a few hundred new graduate degrees given a year and artificially limit the field to about 100 new people a year. |

I do get a bit worried so I put him on leash if anything bigger is around or pick him up if theyll get close, but hes made friends. Hasnt been scared of them. Cars/trains driving by he doesnt like, but we stay away from them. He slumps down and walks away or to a nearby bench when off-leash if its super loud and similar on-leash. He doesnt run quickly and hide so I just keep up with wherever hes going. He wants to be on the ground when a car is nearby. |

He wanted to walk up the stairs back to the apartment himself, and doesn't seem to be favoring any specific foot. Still eating and drinking. He seemed a little dazed at first, probably just the adrenaline wearing off. Yeah :/ he'll be leashed out there or we'll get some netting. He's quite the adventurous kitty, he's pretty well leashed trained and he'll walk with me and we'll let him off-leash at the park too and he does fine. Sometimes he'll want to climb a tree but I limit him to the smaller ones or bigger ones only as far as a leash/harness will go. |

Thats about 60k the hospital puts in and they get a 457b they can put about 20k into a 403b they can put about 20k into...meaning the hospital puts in about 40k to get to 133k annually in tax advantaged accounts...I also cant believe only like 20% of them even are saving for retirement in tax advantaged accounted. Otherwise idk how theyd get to 133k |
