S4 also still has strong influence from Zaheer too. It's just 1 and 2 that are weirdly isolated (1 obviously had a reason, but 2 not so much).

Although it's also super realistic that the baddies are bad because they're bad, not just because of their ideologies. No real conflict comes from perfectly good innocent people who just happen to disagree on ideology. You need a warmonger to have a war.

I think Red was cut not only because they didn't have time to finish his whole gameplay, but also because it let them stick to their forced-party system. There would be too many spots worth more than 3 players at the end,

Then again there were already plenty of spots where Barret was just kicked to the curb for no reason, they could've done that to Tifa or something too to make room for Red.

I am def on the side that S4 wasn't as good as it felt the first time. The very ending was awesome, but the last few episodes with all the big battles and climaxes were very weak compared to the beginning of the season. It felt like they were trying to redo Azula's decline to lunacy, but it was way less justified and way less effective. It turned out to be mostly just cool action (which was cool) without much emotional weight. The actual epilogue made up for a lot though. Excellent ending to the series.

S1 was great in the sense that it was this whole new universe, finally coming back after years of ATLA being over. On first watch I didn't really appreciate it as much because the hype was so large and it was just kinda ok, but thinking back the way it evolved on ATLA and set up all of Korra was brilliant. There's a million ways it could've totally bombed. And S2 was definitely one of those bombs, but somehow they were able to take even that nonsensical season and turn it into a crazy awesome season that was on the level of ATLA. Even if you don't like Korra that much in general, and hate it for S2 (like me), you have to admit it was well worth it just to allow S3 to come out.

but the divine beasts definitely had elements of complexity beyond many of the dungeons in previous games.

I only played 1 beast but this is a laughable for that one. Not that the other Zelda dungeons were super complex or anything, but the elephant beast was straight up 5 individual shrines glued together in 1 big room.

SS for sure but all the other one too, especially the 2D ones after LTTP. OoT might have had the weakest ones but it's still incomparable to BOTW's non-dungeons.

You can vote for Biden but you should absolutely not support him. He is your enemy and his victory is unequivocally your loss. Celebrate your slightly better court nominations but go back to fighting the president like you should've been doing this whole time instead of pretending that you have just been temporarily inconvenienced for 4 years.

In fact all presidencies should be treated like this. How the hell is the president of the US gonna be your friend anyway? It makes no sense. Biggest spoiler of all though: the gameplay will be as bland and unfun as in the first game, and the world about as uninteresting.

The multiplayer was one of the best online gameplays ever, especially on console where aiming wasn't as easy.

I also thought the single player was really fun with its dynamic AI system. But I recognize that it would age really badly, I really don't care to play a game like that again today.
