I mean IV DS doesn't change a ton as far as plot goes but I did quite like opening the menu with every party member in the lead to read their thoughts after every plot point. Fleshes a lot of characters out or in some cases the dungeon itself. Like the best part is in the final dungeon the characters start to think weird things as you get closer and closer to Zemus, presumably because he's SPREADING DARK THOUGHTS or something.

Yeah Kain actually gains a lot from FFIV DS and the thought bubbles specifically

There's a reason Kain's mind was "weak" and Golbez just isn't mind controlling everyone willy nilly and that's cause a large part of Kain wanted to do dick over Cecil cause of jealousy and having feelings for Rosa himself.

Kain and Rydia and Cid are the only good characters in FFIV. The rest are decent at best with most of them being bad.

Still better than IX's cast on the whole though.

I legit like Red Mage more than most of FFIV's cast.

And that's ignoring 8-bit material. The Red Mage as a character class just has a certain charm to it that a lot of FFIV characters fail to reach even having dialogue and whatnot. The hat and overall aesthetic is sweet, and doing swords + all the magic at a weakened level is fun and not something you see much among traditional fantasy character classes.

I don't ignore 8-bit material when voting I'm just saying even if I do I really love the Red Mage concept.

I hate 1-2, and 8. 7 is watchable because it's basically a rehash of a legit good movie so it has a certain quality floor, but is ultimately not really worth the two hours.

3 is the only movie I legit enjoy of the PT/ST so I give it the nod right now, but if the finish of the ST is actually good it could win overall. I don't have a lot of faith but Palpatine is a great man.

All the OT is great though.

I didn't know there was a particular fondness for EP1/EP2 after the sequel trilogy. That's kinda weird to me. I guess it makes sense though. I have some nutty Star Wars fan friends that say EP1 and EP2 added more to "the lore" of Star Wars which makes them better than the sequel trilogy, and I can sorta see the argument. Like I think there are a lot more interesting concepts and characters introduced in those movies. The sequel trilogy is kinda just introducing uninspired rehashes of stuff we've already seen, and what little new stuff we do see feeling more like stuff that wasn't thought out introduced for shock factor that adds more plot holes than things to the lore.

I do agree that the Obi Wan subplot of EP2 is the best part between the two, but I'd still take EP1 over EP2 just because the rest of EP2 with Padme/Anakin is just so bad.

Revenge of the Sith is good though. Better pacing and more action is all the prequel trilogy needed to be watchable in a cheesy over the top kinda way. If romance or bad child actors aren't involved the bad stuff in the prequel trilogy is not really cringey.

1995 Nissan Maxima

Had it for a bit over 10 years now. Still runs fine at 170k miles. Some minor repairs needed here and there but yeah I'm okay with it. I installed a modern radio in it with bluetooth and usb charge ports and such myself which is really the only "new car" feature I care about.

Sandwich is structure based naming convention I already went over this. Sandwich requires two slabs of edible containing material to act as the shell, which a bowl does not provide. You could call it a ham pie if the bowl was edible.

The question is whether sloppy joe necessarily implies sloppy joe (sandwich) and I disagree it does because the signature filling is also called sloppy joe

I generally agree with you Rock but I feel like your question is more who was the better Joker, The Dark Knight's Joker or Joker's Joker more than the actors themselves.

That being said I know Ledger can nail the Joker I like a lot more and I'm not sure Phoenix could-- could Ledger nail Phoenix's Joker? Well maybe, maybe not, but yeah, I like TDK Joker a lot better anyway so it's kind of just a weird theorycraft.

I mean it's still a Ledger vs Phoenix question in a way but yeah a lot of it comes down to tastes on the scripts and interpretations of what Joker's character actually is more than the performances.

Ledger by a landslide but part of that was the script and The Dark Knight's vision for the Joker just being better. Joker's Joker was an interesting story but I didn't really like it as a Joker story very much.

I think if Phoenix tried to play Ledger's Joker in The Dark Knight it'd be a closer call cause he did do really well with what he had to work with, though I'm thinking Ledger nails down the dark subtle humor and general mannerisms better than Phoenix could. Like Ledger is the bit more subtle of the two overall as weird as that sounds and that's good. Way less of a crutch on being loud and laughing and over the top movements, and even the dialogue itself. There are just a lot of little things Ledger does right-- just look at the way he walks around and stuff. There's just a presence about him that Phoenix doesn't have. That's not to say Phoenix isn't any good, because he is and absolutely deserves to be in the conversation unlike Leto or Nicholson, but yeah

The big thing with RAM is matching the clock speeds (the Hz speed listed on the sticks) and type (DDR4, ECC, or whatever) and pairing them on the Ram slots properly. Getting pairs of sticks is preferable cause the manufacturer ensures they play nice. If you mix brands or even unpaired sticks of the same brand you can have problems, though I've not had it happen often-- if you're just frankensteining a PC together it'll probably be okay. Not that you're doing this.

Anyway if you have 2 slots it's easy if you have 4 they will be arranged so it's like 2 pairs of 2, and you put your pairs of sticks in the left or right slot of each pair. The slots are color coded for this as well, usually, to put the pairs in the slots of the same color.

If you're just replacing your sticks in the same slots this is not a concern but just for future reference that's really the only subtlety.

Assuming you have sticks that are compatible with your motherboard it is exactly that easy.

As for the second drive not showing up hold the windows key and press r then type diskmgmt.msc and press enter and see if your PC recognizes the second drive as being there but not formatted/given a drive letter or whatever. But I wouldn't bother formatting it when you install Windows on it it'll do that for you anyway IIRC.

But it's a good check to see if you have the cabling right and good to know if you ever put another hard drive in.

Now on the other hand the dumb lariat requires no type of selling from the other guy and just needs Ambrose to do stuff, but Ambrose would need to be hit in a way where rebounding would make sense otherwise it's just an inefficient clothesline

Keep in mind I don't care for the 619 either! I just think there was a bit more effort on his part to make it more naturally fit in more often

Speaking of Omega vs Moxley

Hilarious little detail in Omega vs Janela-- Kenny Omega did the Lunatic Lariat to Janela before hitting him with Dirty Deeds as a way to take a shot at Moxley. It's kinda hilarious cause Moxley hasn't used that stupid lariat (for good reason) since leaving WWE I believe and on some level I'm sure he ties that move to everything he hated about WWE, so it's like, layers of insult there.

I'm just saying Omega is awesome in case anyone didn't know I guess. Made that terrible move something I actually enjoyed seeing in a match.

Double DQ/Countout makes sense for like, Moxley vs Omega-- it would be an okay finish there if you really had to.

PAC actually cares about his win/loss record though. That's the whole reason they imploded as a team. He's not going to allow a draw to happen if he can avoid it and double countouts/DQs are generally avoidable.

Time Limit draw is potentially okay but I just don't like those two as a "go the distance" type match really. I feel like PAC tries to put him away before that's on the table to avoid getting a draw and makes a mistake, or Moxley makes a mistake just because he's Moxley.

Kick to the nuts is still one guy being the better man. Wrestling is a battle of wits as much as anything.

Time limit draw is fine with the right applications and if used sparingly (keeping in mind we already had a high profile one recently with Cody/Darby) but I don't feel Moxley/PAC is the right match-up for one.
