It depends on what kind of person you are.

If you are cynical like most of CE is, it's not that depressing at all. Especially compared to other games that are aimed at cynics.

If you still have an innocent disposition and get caught up/immersed in video game stories then yeah without spoiling anything, it's depressing.

Honestly I'd say try part 1 and by the end of it you'll know if you want to play more or if it's not for you.

The episodic graphic adventure game was a critical darling beloved by (nearly) all who have played it with a loyal cult following, has sold over 3 million copies and launched both a prequel and an upcoming sequel.

Wherein a teenage hipster girl goes to college and quickly discovers she has supernatural powers and then also discovers that everyone is about to die while also trying to balance being the weird unpopular kid in college and making new friends while fixing old friendships.

It also has the weird distinction of being hugely popular among 12-19 year old girls and 20-39 year old men. Which is a weird pair of demographics to hit simutaniously.

However most importantly part 1(of 5) of the game is free so there is no reason not to check it out as you will know by the end of it whether you want to see more.



It's popular and it's free (at least to check out) so why haven't you?

Radio personality Melyssa Ford was recovering at a Los Angeles hospital Sunday after suffering significant injuries in a major car wreck.

Ford, 41, suffered head injuries, including a skull fracture, when her Jeep flipped on the Ventura Freeway on Thursday, her rep told Us Weekly. A tractor trailer-reportedly clipped the back of Fords tire and sent her into a tailspin on the freeway.

The violent impact sent her 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited into a tailspin and the vehicle flipped three times before landing upside down, the rep told the magazine.

Ford was surrounded by emergency personnel lying beside the totaled Jeep. Melyssa doesnt remember much so Im hoping witnesses will come forward and assist in putting the pieces back together, Jordan wrote in an Instagram message.

Fords rep said that she had a 10-inch open wound that had to be surgically closed. Ford also had several large gashes on her arms and legs, the rep said.

God and her seatbelt saved her life, the rep told Us Weekly.

Ford is currently the co-host of "Hollywood Unlocked Uncensored." Shes also appeared on the Bravo series Blood, Sweat & Heels and the movie Think Like a Man.

LGBT activists have accused the moms and dads of being homophobic and anti-gay. However, parents say the core issue is about whether parents have the right to know what their children are being taught.

Liberty Counsel president Mat Staver told the Todd Starnes Radio show there is no doubt the school district is trying to indoctrinate students.

It is troubling that the school district intentionally hides its LGBT indoctrination from the parents, Staver said. The school district has harmed students with its radical LGBT propaganda.

For four days last April students at a Emmaus High School in Pennsylvania were forced to watch videos selected by the student-led Gay-Straight Alliance.

The videos ranged from 9 Questions Gay People Have About Straight People to a compilation of clips celebrating marriage equality. There was also a video educating students about gender fluidity the idea there is no such thing as male or female.

My son expressed to me that he felt bullied by the administration for being a heterosexual man and being forced to listen to LGBT advocacy on a daily basis, one parent wrote in a letter to the school district.

The East Penn School District claimed the videos, shown during daily announcements, were about anti-bullying and the LGBT movement. But parents argue it was more about indoctrination. And when they asked to see the videos the school district refused.

This is a gross violation of parental rights, Liberty Counsel attorney Richard Mast wrote in a June 22 letter to Supt. Michael Schilder.

Liberty Counsel, a law firm that specializes in First Amendment and religious liberty issues, is calling on the district to immediately release what they called four pro-homosexuality videos shown as part of the districts Unity Week and Day of Silence activities.

It does not pass the straight face test for the District to claim it need not provide parents with the actual video links, although the District required more than 2,800 students to view these videos, with no prior notice to parents, and no opportunity to opt-out, Mast wrote.

Parents took their concerns to the school district but they were rebuffed.

Since when does a public school in the United States of America have the right to block a parent and tell them they will not allow them to see the controversial partisan programming they are requiring their children to watch, another parent asked "We have every right to expect that our children are not being subjected to partisan indoctrination in our public schools.

Supt. Michael Schilder said the video presentations were compiled by the schools Gay-Straight Alliance as part of a student project and are therefore off limits to parents.

Student work and student expression must always be protected, he told The Morning Call. A parent or member of the public has no right to view or access a students term paper, speech, or multimedia project just because he or she objects to the topic.

Parents said they were told they had absolutely no say in what their children were being exposed to at the school house.

I was told by the superintendent (that) parents have no right to view these videos, one person said in documents provided by Liberty Counsel. I would appreciate knowing why I was not afforded the opportunity to opt my son out of this targeted, planned, social engineering.

An Australian pajama company is facing backlash after pulling a controversial shirt from its website.

Bridie Harris, a woman from Melbourne, was shopping at Peter Alexander Sleepwear when she noticed a boys' pajama top emblazoned with the phrase ?Boys will be boys,? The Sydney Morning Herald reports.

Concerned over the message it was sending, the mother messaged the company on Facebook.

"Boy won?t be boys. Boys will be held accountable for their actions. I hate to see an Australian store, who makes such great pjs, put such a sexist statement on a t-shirt intended for young boys. Excusing boys of their behavior is not a step in the right direction. It?s 2018,? she wrote on June 20, according to the Herald.

Harris told the Herald the phrase didn?t sit well with her because of the connotation it sent that men "tend to get away with stuff just because they are boys."

"I just think that it allows boys to do whatever they want because they are boys. It gives them an excuse for inappropriate behavior. If a girl hurts someone or does something, you never hear someone that says girls will be girls."

After taking her message into consideration, Peter Alexander pulled the shirt off its website Wednesday.

?I just wanted to update you and again thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us and bringing this to our attention,? a Peter Alexander spokesperson responded to Harris on social media

?We do not tolerate the behavior that is being associated with this slogan. In the light of your feedback, we have decided to withdraw this item from sale,? the spokesperson wrote.

However, after removing the shirt, the company has been inundated on social media with comments from angry customers who think Harris was being overly sensitive, arguing that Peter Alexander shouldn?t have ?given in? to her wishes.

When one person suggested people be mad at Harris and not the company, someone responded: ?But she didn't remove the top for sale, the store did that and they shouldn't have given into it.?

Police are investigating the attempted murder of a 14-year-old boy who was stabbed multiple times in north London.

Police were called to Fairbridge Road, Islington, shortly before 7pm on Sunday after receiving reports of an injured male. The teenager was found with a number of stab wounds and taken by air ambulance to an east London hospital.

An 11-year-old boy who was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder was de-arrested and released from custody, the Metropolitan police said. They said he was no longer a suspect.

The teenager was in a serious but stable condition and his family were at his side in hospital, police added.

A crime scene examination was under way near Archway tube station, and inquiries are ongoing.

Going back to this, Spidey is sometimes called a mutant actually, usually by the people who hate mutants to begin with.

I'm in the camp that doesn't like the X-Men being in the same universe as the rest of Marvel though. It's as jarring to me as the Watchmen sharing with DC.
