An epic fight between an antelope and a honey badger has gone viral after pictures emerged of the antelope sending the honey badger flying.

The honey badger, known for being an aggressive animal, got into a tussle with an antelope at Etosha National Park in Namibia. After the oryx decided it had had enough of the honey badger, it used its prodigious horns to send the badger flying into mid-air.

The photographer who captured the incredible pictures at Etosha National Park, Dick Theron, said that the honey badger wouldn't give up the fight until the oryx decided enough was enough.

"It kept on charging at the oryx, then the oryx would hook the badger between its horns and toss him five or six meters into the air," Theron said, "The first time I thought the honey badger must be dead or seriously injured, but it just got up, shook itself and then charge at the oryx again!" Theron added.

Police in Ushiku, Ibaraki Prefecture, have arrested a 14-year-old junior high school boy on suspicion of physically assaulting a teacher on the school's premises.

According to police, the incident occurred at around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. Fuji TV reported that the boy hit the 25-year-old male teacher with his bare hands as he was passing through the schools hallways. The teacher was knocked to the floor and sustained injuries to his chest and head that will require at least two weeks to heal, doctors said.

Police said the student told them he lost his temper after witnessing the teacher issue a warning to a schoolmate during a break between classes.

At Destinys launch he had the most reviewed Destiny review on YouTube. It was insanely popular. Hes said numerous times that Bungie was pissed and still work to keep him out of press events. Nvidia had to sneak him into the Destiny 2 booth while the Bungie people were out on the floor.

I mean it had high production values but the characters make no sense and the writing is terrible.

James would be in military prison, not in charge of a unit. The military doesn't treat repeated disregard of basic safety as "Hohoho, what a badass rogue!"
The entire "We bump into the SAS for no reason and then somehow do their jobs better than them" scene was awful and could be cut from the movie while losing nothing

Sure this nonsense works for fun silly movies like The Avengers, but this is supposed to be a 2 hour long tense thriller where everyone in the entire movie could walk into the film Commando and not be out of place.

I swear it only got so big because people give war-films a pass out of patriotism.

I mean the Star Trek episode "In The Pale Moonlight" had more realistic characters and that was goofy PG science fiction

Spec Ops the Line had a better written War Story and that was a video game.

KH1 and CoM's story/writing were solid enough. KH2's writing was when everything went full shonen with an added poor attempt to make things deep/complex, I blame Nojima more than Nomura for this though. KH2 was still passable, but after that it went full blown "LOL what is this schlock?". It isn't even confusing/hard to understand, it's just extremely hard to take seriously or give a shit about it anymore.

A mother has accused her 5-year-old sons kindergarten teacher of bullying the boy and calling him a loser.

Kandy Escotto said she placed a recording device in her son Aarons bag after he repeatedly came back from class at Banyan Elementary School in Miami, Fla., making concerning remarks.

He was behaving super weird, Escotto told Local10 News. He didnt want to go to school. He would cry when he knew he needed to go to school.

He also reportedly told her at one point that he was a bad boy while she was helping him with his homework, and when she asked him why he said that, he replied: Thats what my teacher tells me when I do my work.

When her complaints to school officials about teacher Rosalba Suarez allegedly fell on deaf ears, Escotto placed a recording device in Aarons backpack in October and recorded four days of his classes.

In one recording, obtained by Local10, Suarez, who won Teacher of the Year for the school last year and has been with the district since 1985, can allegedly be heard saying: Aaron, y tu losers.

In another instance, she can be heard making fun of the child for not knowing how to bubble in answers.

And in another one, she can be heard making fun of Escotto herself.

Escotto claims after hearing the recordings she approached the school at least five times, including speaking to both the principal and assistant principal. She also said she spoke with Suarez herself.

She was very arrogant," Escotto said of Suarez. "She said she didnt like Aarons behavior. I dont understand why.

Aaron has since been moved to another class, where his grades have improved, but Escotto wants the school to remove Suarez from the classroom altogether and has hired an attorney, Sonia Roca.

Roca called the incidents an intentional infliction of emotional distress and contends that the recordings are legal because they were in a public school classroom with other children and people and therefore no expectation of privacy.

In Florida, it is illegal to record someone without their consent. Miami-Dade County school district has opened an investigation into the alleged incidents.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools goes to great lengths to promote a culture of dignity and respect, not only among our students but with our employees, spokeswoman Jackie Calzadilla told the Miami Herald.

We work diligently to ensure the well-being of every child entrusted to our care. Any action that runs contrary to the values we instill in our school community will not be tolerated.

The district will conduct a thorough review of this matter and, if the allegations are substantiated, we will take any and all appropriate disciplinary actions.

A 31-year-old Canadian man hailed as a hero was killed Tuesday while protecting his children from a polar bear in a popular Canadian fishing and hunting spot.

Aaron Gibbons was on Sentry Island, located on the west coast of Hudson Bay in northeastern Canada, when he and his children encountered a polar bear Tuesday night, CBC reported. Gibbons, who was unarmed at the time, stood in front of his children to protect them from the animal.

"Definitely Aaron died a hero, he protected his children," Gibbons' cousin, Eric Anoee, told CBC. "It's [the] right word to say right now."

Gibbons was killed at the scene after he told his children to run to safety. The bear was later shot and killed by another adult.

The children were unharmed.

"He was enjoying his day with his children," Gibbons' uncle Gordy Kidlapik told Canadian media, according to the BBC. "They were surprised by a bear that had started to stalk or charge towards one of his children."

Its unclear what led to the deadly encounter between Gibbons and the polar bear.

Gibbons was from Arviat, in the region of Nunavut and located about 6.2 miles from where he was attacked. The last time a person was killed by a polar bear in Nunavut occurred in 2000.

Charlie Rowley, 45, and Dawn Sturgess, 44, collapsed at a house in Amesbury, Wiltshire, on Saturday and remain critically ill. Home secretary Sajid Javid said the nerve agent was the same as that used on ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in March.

Russia said Theresa May's government was subjecting them "to hell".

Mr Javid accused Russia of using Britain as a "dumping ground for poison" after the second incident involving the nerve agent.

Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova urged police not to be led by the "dirty political game" and said she was confident London would have to apologise to Russia. Debbie Stark, south west deputy director from Public Health England said the risk to the public of further poisoning incidents "remains low".

Police have set up a helpline for anyone who needs further advice: 0800 092 0410 or 0207 158 0124.

In a statement to MPs, Mr Javid said: "It is now time that the Russian state comes forward and explains exactly what has gone on."

He said the "strong working assumption" was that the couple came into contact with Novichok in a different location to the sites which had been part of the clean-up operation in near-by Salisbury after the Skripal poisoning.

"It is completely unacceptable for our people to be either deliberate or accidental targets, or for our streets, our parks, our towns, to be dumping grounds for poison," he added.

Wiltshire Police said it was initially thought the two patients had been using heroin or crack cocaine from a contaminated batch of drugs.

In the early hours of Wednesday police declared a "major incident" after revealing the couple had been exposed to an "unknown substance".

By late that evening, Scotland Yard said Novichok was to blame following analysis at the defence research facility at Porton Down, Wiltshire.

Salisbury District Hospital's chief executive Cara Charles-Barks said the couple are "extremely unwell" and remain in a critical condition.

The revelation that two more people have been exposed to the nerve agent Novichock has shocked people in Salisbury.

Residents have experienced months of disruption and anxiety since the poisoning of Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in March.

There have been accusations of the UK persecuting Russia and failing to cooperate.

She says Russia has sent "dozens of offers of cooperation".

The state media in Russia are deflecting any suggestions of a Russian link to the new poisoning.

Even before it emerged that the Novichok agent was involved, Wednesday night's primetime TV bulletins sarcastically said it was only a matter of time before Moscow gets the blame.

State-run Rossiya 1 suggested it might have been staged by the British government out of spite over the "fabulous" World Cup hosted by Russia.

NTV - owned by state gas giant Gazprom - called it "another dodgy story" from the Salisbury area

Again, it added, the British had offered no detailed evidence: "Boris Johnson and British journalists will think up the rest."

Channel One accused the UK of "dragging old skeletons out of the closet" to discredit Moscow ahead of President Vladimir Putin's upcoming summit with Donald Trump.
