I've seen it under many different brand names, but the basic design is the same - an entrance tunnel on both sides, with ramps that tip so the mice can enter but not leave. If you're willing to risk a PSN account ban for modded hardware (which I understand is quite rare with Vita, unlike how it was on PS3), you can indeed use such a setup on a modded Vita to store your legit games from the PSN store.
