And of course, nothing like Protect being in effect on the enemy's side, where applicable. Also, assuming randomization is in your favor as much as possible (reduce these numbers to 256/271ths of their current values if you want average rather than optimal randomization). As a related note, most guaranteed-99999 enemy attacks do around the 2mil mark in the absence of damage limits IIRC.
