I'd like to back this but I'm having a hard time coming up for a reason to back it when it's already been reached. Maybe if there were some sort of discount for either game I'd be more interested but paying $60 now for a game that isn't 100% guaranteed to ever be released instead of just buying it at launch (maybe after reviews too) just feels like a better idea.

I mean I backed the Wonderful 101 Kickstarter so I'm not immune from these but there really doesn't seem to be a reason to back this early now. In fact with the shipping I'd probably be paying more than if I just bought it from Amazon or Gamestop.

The only show I actively disliked was Moon Knight. FaWS was borderline bad but some of the action scenes were fun and I liked US Agent.

Wandavision was worse in hindsight because the whole show was mystery boxes that just slapped you in the face when they were opened.

I just did another multi and got LR Cooler! So my Wicked Bloodlines team is crazy now and I'll definitely be getting AGL Freiza with coins.

I've never gotten the top featured banner unit (especially an LR) with such an unceremonious pull animation. It was Trunks + Tien and Goku went SSJ3, nothing special about it. I was actually just spamming through the units not expecting anything.

I'm about 8/10 done with the last level of the battle pass and then I'm done until the next one. They need to fix a lot of stuff right now like the dumb infinites and no characters having any end lag on any of their moves.

I find myself closing the game and being angry/frustrated instead of having fun anymore.

Or maybe I just won't come back until there's a solo queue for duos. I think pretty much every single loss I have in duos is to a pre-made duo.

Wow I just got a fabled 3 question mark run on one of the metal cooler EZA stages. And it was the 25 stamina stage too!

Looking like I'm done pulling on these banners with my last rotation.

I just realized that I got both teal LRs and neither of the dokkan LRs which I think is probably the best outcome if I'm only going to pull 2 LRs during this celebration.

I also got AGL Cell and STR Kid Buu so feeling pretty good about those pulls! Was really hoping to get LR AGL Frieza but I guess I can red coin him now. Is he even worth red coins at this point though? He'd be nice on the 200% Wicked Bloodline team I'm thinking.

I like Dunkey videos and he seems like a nice person so I hope this goes well for him.

But realistically I don't see this going well for him.

Nothing better than grinding All Stars all day to get 77 stones and then getting nothing from my two multis.

I feel like these days where I'm grinding stones all day to get multis are always disappointing. It was the same back when I did a bunch of ESBR in a day.

The future saga stages are the absolute worst, I had to keep changing my team every 2 fights to be mono type so I could find a mono type leader because there's basically no future saga friend leads.

But eventually you get into Universe Survival Saga being the team and it's pretty easy to find leaders.

Yeah I also remembered I'm on stage 915 or the All Stars EZA event or something so that's another like another 100 stones if I can manage to get that done.

I'm currently at 0 stones and actually wondering if I could get to 150 before the discounts are gone.

30 Gohan (only 1 reset before discounts are gone, or 2?)

20 login + mission stones
= 110

It'll really depend on whether or not Gohan's 30 stone thing is resetting twice before the discounts are gone if I can get to 140. Then I could try to do some GT Goku events I've been holding off on or something.

Yeah if you post your QR code I can try to run it later, probably won't be for about 3-4 hours though.

Also we're getting the Gohan 30 stone reset in a few days and I think Cooler's EZA is another 30 stones before the discount goes away.

The whole game being 5-10 hours kinda turns me off from trying it. That doesn't feel long enough to even get into a groove with this type of game.

The cut to Morty and Summer at the dinner table at the end was maybe the most I've laughed at this show in a while and I liked the last season!

I forgot about the PHY Angel Freiza that stacks defense, maybe I should use him over Coolieza.

My strategy felt pretty sound but it was missing a few pieces.

Coolieza was a liability pretty much every time he was on rotation, he just can't stack fast enough to keep up.

But the Metal Coolers heal so much at the end of the turn that I was pretty much always at full health or enough HP to activate the Golden Freiza passives. Metal Cooler and Transforming Freiza didn't take much damage in the 3rd slot although Metal Cooler was a liability too sometimes.

Maybe the STR Cooler EZA will be the final piece or there's another unit I'm forgetting.

I guess I got lucky his previous two super attacks were on LR Metal Cooler who negates unarmed super attacks.

Spend literally 40 minutes trying to beat red zone Freiza with my Wicked Bloodline team. Defense was okay and double LR Metal Cooler basically full heals every turn.

Last phase of Freiza, Metal Cooler is in 3rd slot to eat 2 attacks. First one is a normal attack for 33k, 2nd attack is a super attack for 1.4 MILLION DAMAGE.

At least if I ever try again I know I can bring a Whis instead of a healing item but this is fucking stupid.

It's a bummer people seem to hate VR so much. The first time I tried the vive was one of the most intense gaming experiences I've had.

It was basically a requirement if you visited our apartment that you had to try VR if you hadn't.

Okay I got both LR Metal Coolers on the same rotation and it was actually pretty easy with the Ghost Usher strategy. I was able to stagger a Whis because the LRs only needed 1 Whis up and I got it to last for 3 turns.

With a whis up the F2P coolers are still taking 100k from normal attacks. Am I supposed to bring other units like Buu instead of these guys or something?

What the hell is this Goku/Vegeta stage in the Cooler event. You can only take artificial lifeforms and even when I take the advantageous F2P Metal Coolers they're taking 300k from normal attacks.

Playing 5 games a day for 10 days is maybe an hour a day. That doesn't sound unreasonable to me.

I really don't think that unlocking characters in OW2 is going to be as bad as some of the other games like Apex. One of the leaks (that was pretty much correct about everything else) mentioned that the "Character Quests" to unlock a character if you miss the battle pass was something like "Win 25 games as a Support in Quick Play to unlock Kiriko"

So if you miss the battle pass they're going to have missions to unlock the characters or you can just buy them outright with real money.

Part of me thinks that this was Blizzard's way of cutting down smurfs too. Maybe it will open up account re-sellers but smurfs aren't going to want to play 200 games to unlock all of the new heroes on their smurf accounts in 2 years.

I didn't assume a OW2 level would take as long as a OW1 level. Not least of which because you get four items in a loot box and 1 from a Battle Pass tier.

In the example picture they show it takes 10,000 xp to reach level 55, which is half it takes to level up in OW1. But I also don't expect every tier to cost the same.

They also mentioned quests that have significant XP rewards so I imagine that's actually going to be the way you level up. I expect that playing a game is going to give like 100 battlepass XP and your weekly quests will give 20k or something.

I got LR Metal Cooler on my first rotation, oops.

But that means I'm probably not going to get a Goku/Vegeta.

In my Cooler Rotation I also got

2x LR TEQ Broly (1 dupe past rainbow now)
LR INT Goku/Piccolo (new)
LR Phy Broly
LR Metal Cooler

So 6 LRs for 150 stones. Honestly maybe I don't mind these carnival banners very much.

There were definitely a few times in the beta where queuing for attack games took more time than the actual game. I really don't know how they fix 10 minute attack queues though.

Maybe they'll go back to 6v6 and do 3 attack, 1 tank, 2 supports

They had to make all of the tanks unkillable monsters because there's only 1 per team now. So yeah pretty much all of the tanks are broken now by design.

Doing more damage than your two attack characters as the tank is basically expected now.

I know I come into this topic every night and post my rage but I'm pretty close to uninstalling this game right now.

I know I need to take it less seriously but losing to 2200 MMR Gizmo players that I can't even hit for the entire match is pushing me away from this game.

I think there's too many problems with this game and it still feels like a clunky mess half of the time even after the hitbox update. I'm at exactly 100 hours on Steam so maybe that's a sign to put it away for a while.

I'm excited to see how bad his banner is going to be. Since Goku's banner was mostly Goku LRs I have a feeling that this one is going to be Movie Boss LRs. PHY Janema and maybe LR Tapion (not a movie boss but close enough) would be the newest cards on the banner unless I'm forgetting someone. So we're probably looking at TEQ Broly, PHY Broly trio, STR Turles.

Metal Cooler seems better than Goku/Vegeta but how many teams could I really run him on?

Every time I lose to someone with TTV I go to their stream and they're always queueing as a duo.

Maybe I should stop queueing singles in duos until they add a solo queue or something. Because I feel like most of my losses are premade duos

I liked episode 1 of this season and episode 2 was maybe bottom 3 of the whole show for me.

Yeah people saying the side quests in XB3 were the best ever are very confusing to me. The blade quests in XB2 were better because they actually had some variety. It feels like every characters journey in this game was realizing that war is bad which got old immediately. I'm simplifying obviously but yeah I didn't feel great about XB3 overall.

The cast was the best out of any of the games and the plot was the worst, even including side quests. The combat was just doing chain attacks that take 80% of the bosses health so I'm a little lost on how people were drawn in by that either but the combat in every XB game is pretty weak.

None of these games really blew me away or would rank in my top 10 JRPGs but I did enjoy playing them. They're better than Tales games at least.
