Very clever so far. Setting the bridge on fire in Green Hill and the Chemical Plant zone boss...I've only done two and a half zones and this has been excellent

The "what the fuck" is that there are somehow people discussing the show, but with no criticisms, however small.

Overall, I've enjoyed every episode this season, but I'm constantly noticing the cut corners.

That's how I generally talk about it with my family. I make a joke about the teleportation and they laugh about it and move on. I really don't want to be the guy picking through everything. Both because it'd be weird and because I genuinely just don't like doing it.

I don't think her burning the Tarlys alive was supposed to be portrayed as heroic. It was quite explicitly morally questionable. Hence Tyrion/Varys talking about it

She's impatient and not completely separate from her father's genes. Her childishness is very much on display. She'd be much more villainous if we hadn't seen her freeing slaves and trying to "break the wheel" of rich crushing poor - this season is sort of cashing in the goodwill we're supposed to have for her.

I agree that saying she's just another mad king is completely over the top though

Tyrion came to life a little this episode. Unfortunately, his scene with Jaime wasn't... very good. But that's just the nature of the show - it's become much more about plot than relationships. It's a dialogue-heavy episode, but the interactions that should feel meaty (in this episode, Jaime-Cersei, Jaime-Tyrion, Jon-Dany) generally pale in comparison to the low-stakes stuff (Davos-Jon, Arya-Ed Sheeran, The Hound-Beric).

I think they tried with Jaime/Tyrion - but it wasn't given enough room to breathe and got down to business too quickly. Cersei/Jaime stuff was better, largely because they had two scenes.

But yeah, SHIELD turned some fragments of the cosmic cube into a girl, which somehow rewrote reality to make Cap a Hydra sleeper agent and exploded and the proper version of him is in some displaced limbo world with displaced versions of Red Skull, Bucky and Falcon and also cube girl. Hydra Cap is trying to reform the cube completely so that he can completely re-write history.

Lots of hijinks ensue. Deadpool is a double agent for/against Hydra who keeps rounding up C-lister supervillains for some reason, New York is stuck in the dark zone with most of the heavy hitters trapped inside, there's a big forcefield over the Earth locking out all the of cosmic superheroes and some of the others, like Vision and Scarlet Witch have been brainwashed one way or another. Also Hank Pym is now Ultron and lives in Alaska and Iron Man is an hologram AI of Tony Stark in an old suit and not actually him. I think Las Vegas got destroyed too?

If this were a movie, I'd watch it.

If it ended with the screen fading to black and the words "I think Vegas was destroyed too?" appearing before the credits rolled then yes

James Bond as a franchise should keep the male lead, his masculinity is a part of the character. if you want a female super spy movie, just make it and establish a franchise around that the same way Bourne managed to establish its niche in that genre.

I agree that his masculinity/misogyny/womanizing are part of the character, but those are also becoming less and less appealing traits it seems. Bond will therefore have to change with the times (which has already happened, Craig is notably different to Connery in how he handles women I think. Or the movies themselves are) to remain commercially successful, and the less traditionally masculine he becomes the more it won't matter what gender the character is.

But I don't think that time is right now.
