The 80s are the only decade that can compete with the 60s in terms of innovation. The best music from the 70s was largely stuff that continued from the same trends of the 60s and stuff at the end of the decade that foreshadowed the 80s.

They were both wrong. Travyon should have handled it better. Zimmerman shouldn't have followed him. Not sure why people are so sure Zimmerman didn't provoke when the truth is we don't know what happened at the encounter. Anything to blame the black boy I guess.

Supposedly Zimmerman followed Martin because he saw him behaving suspiciously, like taking weird unconventional routes through people's yards and looking in windows. Martin obviously wasn't looking to rob anyone since it's known that he just left to grab snacks during a half-time show.

Martin was a 17 year old kid, and a kid is going to be willing to take weird unconventional routes to get to their destination without realizing how suspicious it makes them look. Zimmerman was right to be suspicious and he was right to call about it. Where he fucked up was ignoring the 9/11 operator's instructions to stop following Trayvon since Trayvon hadn't actually done anything illegal. Trayvon obviously fucked up by trying to attack someone that was following him instead of getting the hell out of there. Not to mention he proved himself to be a racist fuckhole after calling Zimmerman a cracker on the phone with his friend.

So Zimmerman did something stupid by putting himself in that situation and Travon did something even stupider by attacking someone who hadn't done anything to threaten him.

So what are some good PS1 games that aged well, mechanics wise? Played through the PC version of FFVII a few years ago and thought it was fine, so it got me to wondering if genres other than RPGs aged well on it.

mastodon - big ass elephant, can get up to 11 feet tall and 11 tons heavy. basically doesn't seem that different from today's elephants but I'm not an elephant expert

pterodactyl - fake low test beta bird, wingspan of like 3 and a half feet. some random ass eagle could probably wreck it

saber tooth tiger - big ass tiger, weighs up to 1000 lb and has teeth that are like a feet long. overall it's not much bigger than a regular tiger. it's a nice try, and better than whatever a pterodactyl is supposed to be, but an elephant would destroy it

triceratops - up to 30 feet long, 10 feet high and 12 tons heavy. I think it would come close with the elephant. I can't really say which would win for sure, but given that it's a bit bigger I'd say the triceratops is the strongest so far

tyrannosaurus rex - the biggest of the bunch at up to and possibly over 14 tons. has to rely on biting more so than ramming things to death with its face, which is a drawback. I think it basically comes down to what would win between this dinosaur and the triceratops

personally I'd give it to the triceratops. all that weight coming into a ramming action would wreck the trex tbh

Dominos is great and Pizza Hut is ok too. The non-cheapass stuff at Little Caesar's is significantly better than those cheap pre-made pepperoni or cheese pizzas that people always seem to judge them by. Papa John's is pretty much all around bad.
