Well, had they been smart the best payoff for that would have been for Bayley to get the kendo stick and then break it over her knee or something and beat Alexa to prove she doesn't need an edge to win.

But I think the Raw writers are just in love with Alexa after seeing her carry the Smackdown division and said "Hey, we have ideas for terrible segments! I bet she can make those great!" And strapped a rocket to her. Granted, Alexa is really great, but now would've been the perfect time for Bayley to win, Bayley wins the blowoff at GBoF, and then set up for Sasha vs Bayley (6 months too late as usual).

Which is better than what looks like will happen with face Nia Jax vs Alexa.

Well, every single feud Bayley has been in has either a) been hot garbage or b) spent the entire time telling us how much of a childish loser she is. And as a bonus during this entire feud Alexa Bliss has beaten Bayley in every match, tag match, and every encounter they've had.

So like... What's there to love about Bayley as a character now? She is every bit the loser that Alexa has claimed she is.

The only way this doesn't suck is if Joe wins.

Like seriously, it's going to be a big "Who cares?" With another absentee champion and losing to Brock just kills any momentum Joe has for a while.

At least if Joe wins they have another giant angry man who is actually there each week for them who has monumental credibility and the mystique of Brock (what's left of it) finally goes to good use for someone.

Just have Heyman turn on Brock and back Joe. Just do it. Give us something interesting for the love of God. It won't happen, but man.

I absolutely loved this movie. It brought me so much joy to have a superhero just be a super hero, especially on the DC side. The No Man Land's scene is the best and gave me some pretty intense feelings of happiness. I'm so happy from this movie. Make the rest of the DC movies like this, please. For the love of god.

I just want to remind everyone that the second that Bayley vs Alexa Bliss on a Kendo Stick on a Pole Match was announced I came in this topic and said "I promise it's going to end in Bayley getting the stick, Alexa jumping her, taking it from her, and then beating her."

I said this, the very second it was announced. How did they pick the most obvious finish for that match!?

I've not met anyone who thinks Rebirth took everything to pre-New52 continuity. But the one true Wally West came back so who cares?

The way it was explained to me was that it took it back to its pre-52 roots and put both continuities together, thus bringing back things like the OG Titans being a thing, Clark and Lois being a thing again, OG Wally West coming back, Green Lantern and Black Canary being a thing again, among other things.

A hallucination? What in the hell?

I'm actually having a hard time trying to figure out what in Rebirth is a retcon and what actually mattered. Like, apparently Barry Allen has only just started dating Iris in Rebirth?

I know a lot of it stuck like Batman (I think), Green Lantern, and Aquaman stayed the same, but it seems like there's just some specific things that changed and some that didn't. Because it's supposed to be a mash up of New 52 and the original earth, right?

I dunno, I can't keep up. lol

There's this thing that Hitler did where when Germany had no motivation, he made a villain out of people so they could get pissed off and angry at certain groups of people and want them dead.

Stopping attacking terroristic countries will not make them stop attacking people in other countries. They need people to be outraged at, and no matter what, they'll find a reason to be outraged at them and attack.

I would argue that thinking these people will stop hating us all of a sudden because we stopped killing them is being a child living in a fantasy.

This shift has already happened in gaming.

And if you think people who are actual journalists have poor journalistic ethics, that's nothing compared to people who AREN'T journalists but nevertheless end up playing that role.

Frankly, I think both amateur critics and professional ones have different issues plaguing them. But at least with amateur Youtube critics, they're forced to be up front if they were paid to give coverage now. I just find professional critics are too bogged down by many factors that causes them to be more untrustworthy at their jobs, and I hate the idea of movies having to live or die by Rotten Tomatoes scores (similar to how video games live or die by Metacritic scores).

I think you get a more honest review out of an amateur critic at this point just talking on Youtube. And it's much easier to gauge their validity because unlike professional critics, they aren't writing down the same buzz words in their reviews that makes a lot of them just sound the same. With Youtubers, you can actually hear them talking and discussing their points like any person would (often with examples in the movies that professional articles tend to lack) and it's easier to tell if they're full of it.

That's the way I see it, at least.

I think Chameleon really works best working with other villains, at least nowadays. The scope of what he wants to accomplish with the scope of what Spider-Man deals with now is pretty different. Maybe with the tertiary Spider heroes he could do more solo work with them.

When I think of the worst psychologist in the world, I think of Hugo Strange. Although in my mind, I imagine that Hugo Strange also overbills at the end of sessions.

I doubt anyone nominated Moonstone... but I'd actually probably say she's the worst psychologist. Incidentally, she's also my favorite female villain.

Moonstone would convince her patients to kill themselves for kicks and forced a bunch of them into a hospital. Not only that, she actively hated her patients so much for having to rely on them to pay her bills that she decided to become a criminal as a result.

I had a lot more enjoyment watching Mundo vs Mack All Night Long than I did Bate vs Dunne, I'll second that. Not to say I didn't love Bate vs Dunne, but I mean... I watch wrestling to have fun and enjoy myself. And Mundo vs Mack was just so much fun. And honestly, that's what I think is most important. You can have super serious matches, but in the end we're all supposed to be entertained, and Mundo vs Mack was far more entertaining.

I know when Bryan and Vinny eventually talk about it they'll say "It was so overbooked, but it was great", but man. Who gives a shit when the overbooked aspect actually adds even more to the drama of it instead of just being a stupid fucking mess like it usually is when WWE does it?

Basically what I'm saying is everyone should watch Mundo vs Mack All Night Long.

Oh wow didn't know Amy decided to do this, she's been doing some rap stuff for awhile now but with cover videos and with her duo Karmin.

I don't actively seek out much rap or hip hop, admittedly. So I can't speak on the quality of Missy (although I've probably heard something by her).

In fact, the only reason that I knew about this was because I'm actually a pretty big fan of Karmin. What I loved most about Karmin is how different all of their songs sound. Any time she's rapped though, she's been awesome. And I actually heard about Karmin from her collaboration with Watsky, who is probably my favorite rapper! Seems odd that they decided to do away with Karmin so soon after their newest album dropped (like what, 6 months ago, if that?) And I was really skeptical about this Qveen Herby deal, but this is giving me some high hopes.
