I feel like this PPV is them setting up all of these huge things and then booking themselves in a corner and making them as not impactful as possible.

Roman beating Braun just like that, even though Braun has been a terrible monster who is unstoppable in every way. And he just wins because Braun does a belly flop in the ring.

Charlotte's dumb PPV streak they tried so hard to get people to care about is ended and it ends up with Bayley beating Charlotte because Sasha runs in and attacks Charlotte, not promoting a DQ for some reason, and continues to involve herself so Bayley can gleefully win and act like she did it all her own.

And then Owens vs Goldberg ending exactly how I said. I predicted 2 minutes. 21 seconds. I said if it ends in anything more than a spear and jackhammer, it is ridiculous. And then they have Jericho do a stupid distraction for no reason. And Goldberg's title win is even more meaningless.

I just don't get how this company has any forethought when it comes to Raw booking. It's ridiculous.

So uh, I rarely ever control my party anyway. Tbh I don't really think the AI is too bad and I don't find the battle system in this game tremendously engaging either, so it's easier to just let my guy do his deal and let my party run roughshod over everyone.

Well, when I get spammed with AOE moves that myself and my healer are weak to without a chance for me to really do anything, it's a little bit more than unfair. I dunno, it just doesn't make sense to me. I get it's an older game, but stuff like that just really demoralizes me from playing.

Oh yeah, I forgot that if the main character is killed at any point that the game ends.

That is the f***ing worst and so stupid. I have a character with revive in my party. Why does it refuse to allow her to have a chance to revive the main character? Why does it just end the damn game?

See, I don't get it. There's some arcana that I don't even have or that are only upgraded via progression. It doesn't seem to make a lot of sense that I can only get a boost from certain fusions via arcana when I can't even control my progress in some of them.

I just wanted my hot swim team assistant girlfriend to love me.

And for my weird little school buddy whose story I can't remember to give me stuff. Neither was success. :(

And I just grinded for a long while to remember how the game plays. It took forever to get single levels on my Personas so I'll just assume I'm way overleveled and I should just do whatever until the blood moon thing gets there in a week which, if I remember right, means I get a boss and can go further into Tartarus after that.

Depending on how my next weekend looks, I may try to check out Bye Bye Man. Maybe. But I mean, I expect it to kind of suck.

I kind of accept that all critics dump on horror movies though. Were there any in the past year they didn't critically pan, even if they were pretty solid?

Also, even though Rings has some of the best trailers like that nursery rhyme one, I anticipate it will suck. You don't delay a film like they did and expect it to come out well.
