White Rabbit was the best part as others have mentioned (until he went hulk anyway) and I was kind of hoping he'd stick around somehow. Enzo was also great along with all the references like that other job Dante took in a certain city. Also hoo boy that ending. Guess I'll put a few notes from various episodes ~~Wow that wasn't a good version of Devil Trigger played~~ 6th episode might have been the best episode but because it had not much to do with what was happening the rest of the show lol, also the animation style for White Rabbit's origins in Hell is something I kind of wish the whole series used, I really liked that. White Rabbit being human who put on a rabbit mask is kind of lame and makes no sense for how his head with the rabbit mask on works, him being a demon rabbit would have been way cooler, however even lamer was him hulking out at the end. He's still cool prior to that but damn. And yea, wow that ending. American Idiot was awful being played there, not to say what actually transpired during that time too. In general the music was misused all over this series, the new Evanescence song in the 6th episode was probably the only one I actually thought worked. ~~Lady still not a likable version of the character even to the end. It feels for all the world like they wanted to tell a story with this general plot and modern political theming (done with all the subtlety of a sledgehammer) and just slapped a Devil-May-Cry coat of paint on it halfway through development. Episodes with a lot of Dante were pretty good. Episodes with little-to-no Dante, or Dante being around but doing very little, were pretty bad. Shocked Pikachu face. Bang-average as a series. Pathetic as an adaptation. I just wanted to see Dante doing cool stuff and being a dork for 8 episodes and instead I got the Lady Show...
