It's User of the Year, but with Pokemon! And, y'know, a modified format, to fit the bajillion entries. I could use help with votals! -Rounds are posted whenever I get to them, daily-ish. -Regardless of when they are posted, they will last 24 hours unless stated otherwise (ie they might overlap) -No alt-voting -No being a jerk -No deleting posts, this will be enough of a headache to count already. -No changing votes, see above. -One Pokedex number, +one entry. I believe that means you get Paradoxes, but not Megas, -maxes, regionals, and Formes. You are welcome to factor that into your vote, or not, however you wish. -I will never vote, but I will serve as the final tiebreaker, including in seeding. -If you're muted by Para, or me, or whoever else is counting votes that day, that's rough, buddy. -I can modify these rules however I want. Don't be the reason I do so. -Please put extra effort into normal formatting and correct spelling so that the spreadsheets work properly! ROUND 4 RULES -World Cup-style roundrobin pools of 4. Four regular singles matches (thus two pools) per day. -A win is worth 3 points, a tie worth 1. -All rankings are sorted by Rank Within Division, then Points, then Votes For, then Votes Against, then my choice. -The top 2 Point totals in each division will advance, and be reseeded for Round 6. -Additionally, the top 6 finishers overall will receive byes for Round 6. -8 Pokemon received a bye for this round, also guaranteeing them the top seeds in Round 6. -88 Pokemon enter, 48 Pokemon leave.
