Actually anyone supporting Trump is to blame for whatever happens to America. Literally every last person voting for Trump or supporting him is to blame WELL above anyone else. Like that guy offers nothing to anyone who isnt a billionaire. If youre blind enough to vote him and he wins you deserve whatever ruin happens to you afterward tbh

Probably at some point in trumps tenure also I'd assume. Didn't he have complete control for the first 2 years? Or did the dems still have the senate?

I'm not saying Trump will be a good president, just that I expect a lot more to go wrong when he is president than should and it will not be the ineptitude and corruption running rampant in the other branches of the government presented as the bad guy but Trump and Trump alone.

I think both things can be true. This should've been a layup for the dems. Likewise 2020. Likewise 2016. I can't tell how serious they are about stopping this, and that's a problem.

Remember. Trump was the candidate dems pushed from the Republicans as the pied piper to assure their presidential victory. This literally all stems back to the democratic party itself. Trump was a fringe candidate at best until the dems and media pushed him to the top.

No, the difference between my theory and yours is that mine is what's actually going on in the world right now. The Heritage Foundation has its claws in the Republican party and the conservative justices, and it has them dug in there deep. This isn't some speculation. This is what we know. They've practically bragged about it. It's why they have project 2025 and feel comfortable posting all 900 pages of it online for anyone to read. Mine isn't so much a theory as it is what's actually happening. But people will ignore it because it's not a 'sexy' conspiracy theory featuring something ludicrous or outrageous. Sometimes conspiracies are boring and dull. They often are, in fact.

Note more of the politicians making money hand over fist in the stock market are Democrats and Biden's administration is what added a ton of rate hikes and debt spending

I am unsure of when we started progressing this or what the ultimate endgame is but I don't think this is just a republican problem by any means.

I just checked. Trump had the senate with 52 senators. The house also. So under trump is the last time.

Disagree. Trump has won or come close to winning by a razor margin while down in the polls consistently. A tie or trump lead is likely a telling sign the outcome is already sealed if it holds (and it has been growing). The party is in disarray because of trumps lead and what it means. They wouldn't be telling biden to step down at all after the debate if he was up 5 points. That's the difference.

I feel like he was in a completely different position both those times but this is hardly a bad point.

Also it seems like there's a simple solution. Biden could just use his newfound immunity to take care of Trump.

Last time Taylor Swift supported a candidate was I believe in the Blackburn? Election and it had relatively zero effect. She might have supported Biden also but it didn't move the needle.

Go and vote in midterms, go and vote in your mayoral elections, city councils, state reps. All of that. Get as many like minded people as possible and go vote. That's how the right did it. They didn't win overnight. They spent decades voting.

Either we know the plan due to it being plainly visible and it's not a conspiracy theory or we don't and it (potentially) is.

So where are the hidden pieces you had to get from avenues not fed to you by mainstream media.

The problem is that because people put more weight into hidden conspiracies than the blatant bullshit that is done and said in public, they think that the blatant bullshit done and said in public must not be all that bad if they're willing to be public about it.

The deluge of public crazy from Republicans is overwhelming for the normies. They can't keep track of it. So they just chalk it up to leftists making mountains out of what must be molehills.

But the reality is that they're not molehills. They're fucking volcanos that people are pretending aren't actually erupting.

I guess my problem with the Heritage Foundation theory is the organization is not worth enough money nor could it be cooking enough books for that to make any sense.

Churches being the power is long gone. The enemies of today are politicians and banks and the pawns they pay off to do what they need.

Money has been a lot more important than theology for a long time now. Even back in those days it ultimately was money but tithe is less efficient than taxes.

It's the same idea as far as the structure which is why they're similar to me. I would sooner put it as a fall guy for the big players to funnel their money through to do the actual shady stuff than the real enemy here.

That's why you vote in state elections so you get a majority and then redraw the lines. If you don't vote you can't gerrymander.

With about 25 states solidly supporting the GOP, it's very difficult for Democrats to have any majority in the Senate (and virtually impossible to get a filibuster-proof supermajority). This means Democrats can't really accomplish much on a national level, which leads to them getting thrown out for being ineffective. Sure, you could argue "just vote blue harder and win more states", but if it was that easy gerrymandering wouldn't be an issue in the first place.

I vote in all elections but it's kind of absurd to say "if your vote counts for less than someone else's you just need to vote to change that", like historically that isn't a situation you vote your way out of.

Well the right found a way out of it. The only tools we have left is our right to vote and protest. There is no easy solution. We are not in disagreement, you are just frustrated because the solution is far out of reach. There's plenty of time for the other side to fuck up.

Yeah, he voted for Obama both times and endorsed Biden in 2020. (Sat out 2016)

Though fairly recently (few months ago?) he said he regretted endorsing Biden because of all the division it caused and would not endorse this cycle. Same time he started saying typical right-wing attacks against "woke."

To be clear.

I think they're stupid in some ways but not in others.

Again I point to legislative stock market portfolios. They clearly know how to exploit the systems we have now.

A more intelligent governing body probably doesn't have these problems in world economy/tensions escalate to the point where these measures are needed ("needed") but the current regime certainly shows they're intelligent enough to exploit very well.
