if someone threw a nail in the road and i rode over it with my $3.5k bicycle, i'd be mad, but i wouldn't replace the entire bicycle.

Bruh. That stuff is expensive. Even if the whole thing isn't busted and they just have to replace a few of the light bulbs themselves (and they showed the cover fracture too) it's going to be at least close to 1k to replace.

a big event like that is likely insured up and out the ass, for literally anything. i only say likely cuz it took place in florida so frankly who knows.
