Not a Hawks fan, but I do live here in Atlanta and I feel bad for friends that are fans of the team. All these years and finally a #1 pick and it's like the worst draft since 2000.

Well, in terms of pre-draft prospects, I mean. Nobody expected Giannis to become an MVP player when the Bucks drafted him.

I don't think it's worse. It doesn't have the top prospect that you like but I think several of the top guys have high floors with solid skills that will help them become NBA regulars.

You never know about drafts until years later I guess, but this particular one looks pretty bad and typically drafts that look this way may have a surprise hidden inside but it's almost never the #1 pick.

People are going to be talking about Jokic's post moves for decades - there's not much anyone can do.

The way to combat that Jokic clip is to hit a 3 on the other end.

Gobert was on him like paint, the way you can beat any defense with tough shots. That was a tough shot.

Yeah, when Jokic is in the zone, the most you can do sometimes is just make the shot hard.

Giddey shouldn't be getting any minutes at this point, he is very much a net negative everytime he is on the floor.

Yea he should be playing 3 minute shifts at most. It is not a good trade off to be bench him if youre going to play him 9-10 straight minutes off the bench

I didn't watch the Thunder much during the season but I feel like Shai doesn't complain to the refs as much as other stars and I'm becoming a fan

Shai has always said after games when asked that refs have a tough job and I think its both him being honest and him realizing in the long run he gets a lot of calls and theres no reason to rock the boat

We went to see I Saw The TV Glow tonight so I didn't get a chance to see it; I thought it better if I just checked for the score once we got out of the movie. I must say, when I looked on the way home I sure wasn't expecting to see that.

Maybe, but the delusion in Knicks fans only grows the deeper into the playoffs they go. They'll somehow convince themselves they have a chance against Boston if they survive this series.

I dont think there will be that much delusion when Spike Lee has to get onto the court and play
