Feels like the ranges go 30-32 early 30s, 33-36 mid 30s, 37-39 late 30s.

I would not think twice about a 37-year-old calling themselves mid-30s, for whatever that's worth.

IMO, 37 works for either "mid 30s" or "late 30s". 38 is when you need to stop saying "mid 30s"

I do 30 as 30 standalone, 31-34 for early, 33-37 mid and 37-39 for late, overlaps intended (so 33 can be early or mid)

I think we can at least agree 37 is kinda mid.

But I'm already doing both those things now at 37!

And my eyes have been going since 4th grade lol

My hair had started greying at 16

Just say thirties it sounds younger than mid-thirties anyway

I did get plantar fasciitis this year though, so that sucked.
