I have been feeling bad lately. I don't know if it is connected to weight loss process or what. But last night I kind of fainted. And I have just been feeling overall like crap for the past few days not sick. Just feeling bad. I have over eaten a bit. Since my family here and they leave food every where. I mean if you mom lives from fried chicken wings on the counter and you are going down stairs at 3 am . You are coming back up with at least one wing lol.

I normally check my might on Friday. However I think I am going to check it tomorrow since I KNOW. After Thanksgiving I will be over the limit.

All the cosplaying I've done has involved fat friendly characters. I have two fashion end-goals for weight loss. One is to get a "bespoke" three piece suit and the other is to cosplay as one of the Foot Soldiers from the first TMNT movie. Both of these will require skin-removal surgery because there's just no concealing this mess with compression garments and the like.

I have some bad news. Ive gained 5 pounds.

I feel like Im losing my chance to achieve my dreams. Im letting everything go to waste. No more excuses, no more turkey, no more leftovers. Im not blaming my family for my weight gain. I need to learn how to set goals without external influences getting in my way. This is something Doctor Now always talks about. But I have been faithful to my workout routine. I havent skipped a day of exercise. Tomorrow Im having a chicken sandwich and nothing else. That should be around 700 calories. That should help me get back on track. I might double up my workouts starting next week too.

Don't beat yourself up. Remember you are making a lifestyle change, something that is attainable and something you can do not just on a daily basis, but a weekly and monthly basis. Crash diets will never work because they are not sustainable. Giving yourself leeway for holidays and special events is far more realistic than assuming you can maintain a very... stoic diet for the rest of your life. That is impractical.

Also remember that if you're working out consistently, you are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and as such your "weight loss" will be countered by muscle gains.

Did a stress test before Thanksgiving. And got the results back. They said I had some mild and small defects oh my heart. Logically I know if it was really bad they would have called me come in right away but I am so scared . I dont want to die. There so much stuff I want to do. I hope all this effort to lose weight isn't for. Nothing

I went to a party last night. Had like 7-8 drinks and then pizza at midnight, plus a crap ton of water when I got home. I'm feeling alright after, which at nearly 40 is a nice thing to say. I did dance a shit ton so maybe I didn't absolutely destroy my progress. Let's check!

Has me at 305 this morning. Not terrible, I'm sure I will take that excess off shortly

I'm trying meal prep again. I could never do that before because of binge eating disorder. I would usually end up eating everything I prepped in the first day. I'm pretty much recovered from that though and I'm confident I can handle it.

I'm also going to trying something different with tracking calories. I'm going to log everything for the week on Sunday and try to stick to that instead of logging everything as I go. I could use a little more uniformity and predictability.

I'm not obsessed with food like I used to be but I love cooking, experimenting in the kitchen, and learning about food/nutrition. That was super instrumental in me making lifestyle changes that led to sustained weight loss but I have other things going on and it has to take a backseat to more important priorities. I just want to cook for one or two hours a week and have meals at the ready so I'm hardly thinking about it. I need it all as streamlined as possible.

I am a bit nervous about this because it's the first big deviation from how I've been planning and tracking meals for almost five years now but I think stagnation at this point won't do me any favors.

Well you'll get tingles from it. I personally hate that shit, but some people says it makes them all energized. Thankfully, creatine on its own is relatively cheap. I can never get it to mix right, so I do pill form which is more expensive though.

Zwifting has been amazing for me heading into Floridian winter. Getting to 100 miles a week without my knees or hips hurting, feels good man. Down to 245 but I'm working like crazy right now. Eating more junk food and drinking more than I should. Not lifting weights, running or swimming like my program demands. But my heart health is good, my energy is up and I just got a lot more comfortable on the bike after learning you aren't supposed to wear underwear under your kit on the bike.

Also worth mentioning that I have a lot more muscle in my legs so 245 doesn't look the same as it did when I wasn't exercising

This is from Sunday. Hung out and relaxed Monday but only because my Fitbit told me to.

Thanks I called the doctor he said my test was okay. So I stopped worrying then he said but please keep you check up appointment. If it was nothing why would he say that .

Saw my physio this morning and she is super happy with my progress. She said the fact I've went from 335 back in August to 305 this morning with the muscle growth I've had is phenomenal.

In very bad pain today.. keeping 100 i kind want to tear up. But I still worked out. I did my boxing program setting down and add extra body movements to pick up for the messing leg movement.

I have to work out myself. I have not been able to do all that I wanted because I am hurt. However what I am doing is a using my Switch Boxing game. I think it is called like Fitness Boxing and Beat something like that. While I am sitting down. So I am not getting the full work out but I am getting something in. I need to keep this up until I am able to lose 9 more pounds. That was my original goal. I told myself that I would eat some mammal if could make that. I really want Pickled Pig Feet but I can't find any. What is your goal and are you going to treat yourself when it make it. Even if Dr. Now said food treats was bad. I am still going for it.

It is Switch Fitness boxing and it really get out of it what you put in. Since it can't track everything. You can cheese it, but if you really push yourself move your body and stuff it will give you a work out. The only odd thing is that you can change the race of your trainer for some reason. LOL

I have the Ring Fit game too , but I have not been able to play it since my Joy Cons were broken and it doesn't work with off brand joy cons. So I will give a report when my Nintendo ones get fixed .

Felt REALLY good after my workout today so I took this gym selfie. That is 10 years of work, 110 pounds down so far with building muscle. I feel good, I think ESPECIALLY with my upper body I look DAMN good. ^_^
