Just_a_loser 10/05/23 4:00:41 PM #1:	You can no longer play any games in your top 30 gaming franchises ever again, including any would be crossover games. Say for example, one of your favorite things is DC comics. You'll no longer be able to play any DC games (Arkham, Injustice,etc) including crossover games that include their characters (Lego Dimensions, Mortal Kombat 11, Mortal Kombat 1). You can play those crossover games up until they update it to add the content, and then at that point you are forever banned from enjoying that game again. This goes for any and all new games and existing games you have loved in the past. The entire IP is blocked from you. You can try and load up the game, but you will get error messages every time that don't go away until you leave the building. This also happens at other people's houses. In fact you can't even youtube the stories of games you used to love. The gaming franchises are basically dead to you You can still enjoy other medias, though, if they ever make movies or shows based on them. But thats all you get. If Marvel or DC is in your top 30, that also takes away Mortal Kombat, a shit ton of mobile games, Lego games, etc. If Mario is in your top 30, you can't play ANY spin-off, Smash, etc. I think it's easy to underestimate just how much ground "top 30" covers. And if you cover too much ground, you start to get into series that... You didn't play them much for a reason. EDIT: Personally, I can't even name my top 30, which tells me it probably covers so much ground that, by the time I get to what's left, I'd be out of games I'm interested in playing, or atleast nearly so. Ive been gravitating more and more to indies these days so I think Id be fine.
