In any other case, they'll find some excuse to uphold, including if it's inconsistent with how they've acted in other cases, including if they have to make ridiculous assumptions that contradict everything else you post about what you're thinking, etc. And of course, nowdays they don't even have to tell you the excuse, nor do you get a second chance to clarify your dispute in terms of what their response is.
