VFalcone 06/28/23 7:13:24 PM #14:	"Girls" is almost the equivalent to "Guys". I call women 25 and below girls. After that, they're women. Guys are just guys regardless of age unless they're a minor. If it's a mixed group of men and women over 18, "hey guys" is appropriate. I like "gal" and use it sometimes but it doesn't seem like it will ever catch on. If it's between girl and woman, I go by whether it feels weirder to me to say boy or man for males of the same age. If they're in high school, college undergrad, etc. I say girl. If they're grad students or working I say woman. --- And who are you, my little friend?
