Topic	Do you call grown women "girls"?

I like "gal" and use it sometimes but it doesn't seem like it will ever catch on. If it's between girl and woman, I go by whether it feels weirder to me to say boy or man for males of the same age. If they're in high school, college undergrad, etc. I say girl. If they're grad students or working I say woman. --- And who are you, my little friend?
