Topic	Do you call grown women "girls"?
VFalcone 06/28/23 7:13:24 PM #14:	"Girls" is almost the equivalent to "Guys". I call women 25 and below girls. After that, they're women. Guys are just guys regardless of age unless they're a minor. If it's a mixed group of men and women over 18, "hey guys" is appropriate.
