It's equivalent to standing on a highway protesting that white appliances are better than black or stainless. No one cares. BUT I don't think Reddit users realise how many people there are lurkers who don't even read comments, treating it like a TikTok content depository or whatever. The whole reason why literally the biggest subs are participating is because the most dedicated contributors to reddit use the API and are severely hindered from not doing so. The average adblock using consumer is barely affected by it to begin with.
