Match 2 is really, really difficult. Miss Conductor is the one that got me dancing, so it gets the vote; but happy with either advancing, they both deserve it.
Also, as a Spanish speaker, seeing a song called "Verga" is crazy. What even is the context of that name?

With my top 16 featuring For All of You, Duel in the Mist, and SHAKE YA BODY, I hope people see that I don't find repetitive music to be boring. For me it's deeply immersive, focused, and hypnotic - this can be a weird idea at first but it opens up a whole new world of listening!

Lullaby of Outlaws is a big shrug from me. Fun battle sequence in game at least. Love Verga's smoothness.

Yay, the version of one of a Caligula song that I like got in! Time for it to die immediately. Tapes has a great intro.

Masked Man does nothing for me. Mother 3 music not so great. For All of You lyrics kinda suck. Wish I could vote a match 2 song here...

I wish I could get into the vocals of Caligula songs, but they're really hit or miss to me. I remember liking an instrumental track on the OST way more than almost all of the songs with lyrics, which is probably like .... a cardinal sin or something.

Hi anime. Okay so on mobile my phone is doing this insane thing where it makes video playback sound really choppy with stuttering and breaks of silence and initially it made sense that was the GIMMICK of all caps worn out tapes. "Wow it's a good thing this gimmick is so cool otherwise I might be bored by this song" but soon i realized it was doing that to every video so then i played back all caps worn out tapes in the youtube app and became very sad. Maybe I'll find a way to record what this sounds like it is really wild

Lullaby of Outlaws is fun. Favorite part goes from 1:18 to the loop, I wouldve preferred if more of the song had that structure.

Really close match 2. I decided against WORN OUT TAPES because it has some parts that go on a little too long, but so many elements of the song are great: the soft vocals, the variety of synths and especially the echo that comes in at 1:24.

Easy vote for Colder Than the Rest.

My vote on Match 2 was leaning towards WORN OUT TAPES until the second verse started... what happened there? I usually try not to be overly negative in these writeups but it's like the production quality of the song completely fell apart after the first chorus.
