I also kind of want to make the rule of 1 game per post, but I'll only impose it on myself. I didn't want to make just a straight list myself knowing I'd miss things too. My first mention: Halo- Single-handedly created value in the Xbox which spawned the console wars and would start to shape a new multiplayer scene. The scene wouldn't take place until the next gen, but Halo's success led us to that. --- I'll just go back to gifs. Like, personal favorites, general all-around important games, games as mentioned in some other thread or w/e.
