I'm mostly sick of Aero and Sunspot. Thanos Lockjaw not as much.

Feels like they're in every deck now

I wish they had a Killmonger skin I liked (something Michael B Jordanlike) so I would be more enthused with using him more to counter sunspot.

I am sick of Sunspot and Aero too but they're in both of the decks I mentioned.

The most annoying part about Thanos Lockjaw is getting Leech'd on turn 3 or 4. It wouldn't be so hard to beat if I could actually play my cards.

Leech is my least favorite card in the game. It's so ridiculously unfun I don't understand why every card game needs to add these style of cards that obliterate my ability to actually play the game.

I wish Leech was more like a Zero against the opponent, or maybe hit only a few cards like Nakia.

leech is fine when you actually have to spend 5 mana on him and not cheating him out via lockjaw, etc.

i think an acceptable nerf would be something like just silencing all the cards played on the immediately following turn, so if it comes out of lockjaw on turn 3 or turn 4 it doesn't ruin the rest of your entire game, but still retains some usefulness as a turn 5 play

I like the idea I saw that Series 5 should only be for the ones that will never drop, and every other card should start in Series 4 with a set time until they drop to 3

Won against the first person to use Kang against me by simply playing a completely different card than I did on the undone turn, hope they didn't need those eight cubes

Doesn't really make sense if in like 3 years you still have Titania in series 5

This last season pass mission is win 10 matches with a snap? Jesus Christ, that is an awful one for the last mission with barely any days to go. That should have been an early one not literally the last one

it is annoying, but snapping when you're in obvious win situations and forcing them to retreat will get it done without too much trouble

but yea you might have to play a decent bit over the weekend

I probably complained too easily. I just snapped immediately every game and went 11-3 (needed the extra win as I had 995 season pass exp after 10 wins). Maybe I should just do that every game!

Got Destroyer as my second pool 3 card which seems awkward as hell to try play at a glance. Coleen wing in my first token store as I just hit 501. She doesn't look great so that's a hard pass.

Got impatient and did gold to credits as it let me do 501 > 506 and get my first collectors cache. She-hulk from it who looks to be really good so I'll say that was worth it.

probably a top 3 pool 3 card without looking at the list so yea pretty good

painful climb to 60 against shuri mirrors and thanos decks but it was worth (even if the one weaku posted in the OP is better this is easy #2 imo)

Ok so I figured out the absorbing man bug I was seeing, it wasnt because of Kamar-Taj or Wong, it was Lockjaw.

If you play an On-Reveal on Lockjaw and it pulls out Absorbing Man, it says No Effect

Yeah Lockjaw has some weird stuff but I think that's consistent with cards in your deck not having any text. Like if Yondu hits Colossus then he's still destroyed because his effect doesn't matter when he's in your deck.

So Absorbing Man is copying a card that just got put back into your deck so it doesn't have any effect. Cards in your deck still have power though so I believe Taskmaster would work if Lockjaw pulled him.

Ok yeah, lets you do She-Hulk plus a second card. Tried to do Wave > She-Hulk + Hobgoblin with Sunspot on the board. Booo, he retreated though

Also Ive gotten 3 new cards in the last 100 or so CL and theyre all stuff Im not using in my preferred decks (Sentry, Colleen and Mysterio).

I dont have Wave or Doom. I wish theyd make it so getting new cards doesnt slow to a crawl. I mean I get collecting new ones is a lot of the appeal and you wouldnt want players to have nothing left to collect, but hearing it takes some people into 3-4K just to finish Pool 3 is insane >_>

If a location is flooded, doombots won't go there right? Just trying to make a new deck as right now it's just stuff I kept circling in so not a not of cohesion and going to cycle stuff out.

No they can go there.

Cards cant be played means you cant place cards there from your hand but abilities can still get them there

Had a guy snap and play Wave turn 5. I was winning left lane which couldnt be destroyed because of location and he was winning middle that closed on turn 6 so he was confident. I had priority and played Armor while he played Shang-Chi so I got the win. Felt soooooo good. Also got me the 10 snaps finally. I hate winning 1-2 matches and then going on 6-8 game losing streaks.

My 6 cache got me 50 credits, 50 credits, 10 Mantis boosters, 10 Cable boosters so hes at like 300 now, 50 gold and 100 credits. From 51-67 the only non-credits/token/gold/boosters Ive gotten has been a single title I believe.

Anecdotal experience is that people on the weekend are playing way more tryhard decks, patriot or hazmat kind of things.

To be fair I was also playing my wongodin. But the locations were all screwing me over so hard. Finally added Scarlet Witch and it helped. Going back to my Good Cards deck helped more.

I was on a huge winning streak this morning with Galactus.

One reason I love this guy so much is because you can sometimes go into the final turn with 100% certainty that you're going to win. A lane is clogged with Goblins, Wolverine's ready, and you have priority, there's zero risk whatsoever.

Of course, it's hard to GET to that point, but I love it when it happens.

I love when The Raft gives you Galactus and you have nowhere to play him or anywhere you could actually win by playing him because of where the opponent has played.

Better than destroyer which is almost always useless. I'll take 2 free power. Better wasp!

My first Raft was on the left space and I got Giganto so I've always been wary of that location.

Yeah Ive gotten Destroyer from it multiple times, lol

My most common get is The Raft being on the left lane and the 6 cost card being Giganto. Has happened more than anything else Ive gotten from it

taskmaster will not grab the power of the card that went into your deck, itll copy the power of the card played before that.

Must be nice! Also Destroy is pretty fun with Deadpool, Venom, Wolverine, Death & Moon Girl. Cant wait for Gwenpool to come out and join it.

I believe that type of quest only counts it if the snap actually goes through. Like if you snap and they immediately retreat thats not a win with a snap, but if they retreated the next turn it would be.

I assume Patriot is worth buying in token store?

Really you should only buy series 3 that you can/want to use right away. Otherwise save for a series 4 or a series 5 that will never drop (thanos/galactus/kang but moreso the first two)

As for patriot himself you basically need mystique and ultron to have any kind of deck that works well with him

pretty much the only 100% must-buy cards in series 3 are aero and she hulk

everything else you should only buy if it strongly appeals to you

My Patriot, Blue Marvel, Onslaught/Ultron deck got me in to 50. I'm considering making a push to 60 with 2 days left.

If the round is "live" this counts. If you snap after both are locked in and they leave, it doesn't count until the next round starts
