Lol just had a guy play Super Skrull with my only ongoing being Ebony Maw, his right and left lanes were both already locked and losing.

Is that because the matchmaking is seemingly broken? I'm like rank 42 and I've matched against people with the 100 card back thing.

Im pretty sure Ive seen infinite card backs before on my opponents despite never getting higher than tier 50 myself

really easy way to get that win with a snap quest done (thanks for the correction foolmo, it actually works just like you said)

just went from 1/10 to 10/10 in like 40 minutes that way. Wasn't even using Lockjaw either, just playing it on 5 when I knew they had something more than just big points lined up for turn 6

I got all my missions done in about 2 hours

I think I'll probably try push for 50 just for the credits but not for 60. Too many 1 cube wins at this rank now, people are so retreat happy

I've gotten stuck at 45ish the past couple months. It's about 1-2 hours per rank growth at that point the way I play. I don't want to put in the time to get to 50, nor do I want to be smarter with my cubes. It's fun to be dumb sometimes. That's a big difference with poker, and it's nice.

last month I didn't make it back up to 50 but every other month I have so far. Probably won't get to 60 this time either

I've been consistently ending each season at rank 70 and level 65 on the battle pass.

So I guess I'm just a rank 70 player, IDK.

Miniature Lab activated before either of us could play anything there. Muir Island filled up quick by both of us, and thanks to Misty Knight and Brood I knew he was playing a Patriot deck. Sure enough, Patriot and Mystique come down. Last turn comes, Miniature Lab opens back up, and both of us snap. He plays Ultron, filling the lab with boosted drones. I emote Thanos before Galactus is unveiled. My opponent starts mocking me, spamming Thanos constantly.

That is, until he realizes that I played Wolverine earlier in the game. When Wolvie gets resurrected, the emotes stop for a few seconds, then my opponent emotes Deadpool, than fist bump.

He acted like such a show-off because he forgot Wolverine was in play.

Anyone know if Bar Sinister triggers more than once? Like if you put Deadpool there and then Killmonger him could you fill the location with copies of a different card?

Yeah that's pretty crazy for Angela, just keep giving her lane 4 power each turn for 1 energy. I wonder if she costs 0 with Quinjet. Do Beast and Falcon cards cost 1 less with Quinjet when they go back to your hand? I can't remember.

Beast makes them cost 1 less by himself

Falcon/Quinjet synergy i dont know though

yea and to be exact you can drop a Nova and a Venom in the same turn, it will create 3 Novas, the Venom destroys all 3 and does the add 1 power each time so you end up with (I think) a 10 power venom which will then copy 3 times at that power, which will then eat itself multiple times giving you a single 40 power Venom

Nice. Deaths Domain is amazing for Deadpool too. Mine got up to 16 power by the final turn, but if it has been revealed on turn 1 he couldve been much higher. I feel like the Destroy deck has too many similar cost cards. Its not really a problem since you always have options for destroying something, but its very hard to play some stuff. 0 cost Sabretooth is tempting, but I rarely get a chance to make it happen since Ive always got higher priority stuff to play

Have Dazzler in my token shop. That seems a lot of points for a card that seems underwhelming?

I think that happens with all the newest normal cards? Theyve said before theyre working on card pools and stuff. The only shop stuff worth 6k tokens is the ones that will never decrease like Kang, Galactus and Thanos

I know Super Skrull isnt amazing but Id rank him like four or five spots higher, otherwise that list looks about right

Just learned Lukes Bar doesnt let Hobgoblin stay on the other side either. Was worth a try and still won the match at least

One thing about Lukes Bar is it wont kick the card back if your hand is full

So if you have 7 cards in your hand, play a Sentinel, it replaces itself in your hand, and the original one will stay at the Bar

Master Mold adds 2 Sentinels to your opponent's hand so no it wouldn't work the same.

I feel like I have a pretty good set of cards for only 1900 CL. I got Red Skull and She Hulk recently too. I still want Magneto and Jugg for a Move Them deck tho.

Thinking Sentry is close to the worst one there is absurd. Sentry at least has combo use.

There are a lot that don't even have combo use and he's actually effective when his combo works.

I'm not saying he's top tier but I'd put him above Shanna, Orka, Dazzler, M'baku, Shadow King, and debatably Super Skrull

Worst case scenario with most of those cards it's still playable. Sentry and Shadow King are unplayable in worst case scenario. I mean to say it's detrimental to play them.

Best case scenario matters a lot more than worst case in this game

Like worst case scenario Galactus is by far the worst card in series 4-5

Worst case scenario with Galactus is still 2 power into a lane which is something. But I'm done debating this, I'm not really invested.

Worst case scenario Galactus is you blew up your winning lanes to have a solo 2 power lane turn 6

Shadow King is also pretty good in best case scenario the problem with him is he only cares about their deck and not yours and the types of decks he counters aren't super common or even effective. Same reason I don't think Skrull is particularly good. Both also have the problem of other series 2 4 drops doing their job better (Shang Chi and Enchantress respectively)
