The idea of playing Onslaught on Bar Sinister is so dumb, I love it

You mustve missed the first month of the game, one of the better combos was Nightcrawler on Bar Sinister, move one of them and play Blue Marvel there on turn 5, then move the other 3 and play Onslaught there. Back then Onslaught worked exponentially if there were multiple of them at a location, so you would get millions of power

I did it with Ant-Man and three Onslaughts, which was a mere 3094 power.

Never crushed an opponent with so many of their own cards. Rogue'd their Quinjet power, She Hulk from White Queen, then grabbed both their Titanias.

Got my Deadpool bundle. I can almost Infinity Break the second one too since I got some Deadpool boosters from CL. Newest cards acquired are Spider-Man (forgot if I mentioned him), Black Bolt, Arnim Zola, Taskmaster, Ghost Rider and Drax. Not sure if any of them make my Jubilee deck or not.

I see one Cache left before they swap to Reserves. I dunno what that means since Im definitely not done with Pool 3 in 1 card

The Deadpool bundle is straight up good value for the gold right? It can give me enough tokens to get Shuri. That seems worth it.

Reserves mean cards stop being guaranteed. You'll get 1 in 4 on average now, I think, and other stuff will be credits, gold, variants, etc.

Funny match. First time I ever enjoyed playing with Mindscape. I had a hand that would be reasonably strong without turn 6 and he put widow's bite in my hand. I just straight up refused to play it to hand it and a weak hand off to him so I'd know what he had and he'd only have an Onslaught to fight me with turn 6. He retreated. I unfortunately didn't snap on turn 5. Should have.

Reserves are when the game slows to a crawl

There's only been one bundle with better value than Deadpool so far.

Though there are a bunch of good ones on the horizon too

No they are guaranteed still. Its just 1 in every set of 4 guaranteed, no more no less, instead of 1 in every set of 2.

in every set of 4 Collectors Reserves you WILL get

1 Card
1 100 Collectors Tokens
1 batch of Credits or Gold
1 cosmetic (Avatar, Title, or Variant)

In some order. So hypothetically you could open 6 straight with no card but then the 7th would be guaranteed to have one, and then theres a 25% chance the next one has one too!

This changes once you finish Series 3

I feel like every Infinity Split I do I get the same rainbow background. I know theres more than 1 of it, but they all look the same rainbow to me.

1 split is basically the same result for everybody.

It's splits after the first one that can add other effects. Inked can happen after the 4th (?) split, gold background after the 5th, stuff like that. That also carries across variants. But the first split for that card will always just be that rainbow background

So far my best split is a Jubilee with rainbow and a white? sparkle effect

My last cache was 100 tokens. 200 away now from the Shuri I pinned.

There are actually 2 different rainbow backgrounds, they are just really similar like swordz said

Fun fact about splits: they actually count across all variants of the same card. So if youve done enough splits on the base card to get the bonus visual effects, the first infinity split you do on a variant can get them.

That's the deck I'm using currently. Not sure the Wong is worth right now. I had been using Goose instead of him until a few games ago.

Adam Warlock is pretty important to get Cerebro more reliably. Can't use a lot of the usual Cerebro suspects like Brood, Storm, and Mr Fantastic as they screw with your ability to play Silver Surfer. But that means you have other 2s you can try. I haven't missed Brood I've been filling my lanes pretty frequently.

Spent like 2 hours getting just 12 cubes to get to 40. I lost 8 multiple times at 39. Aero...

I have a hard time believing you can get many cards off of Adam Warlock with only 2-power cards. He makes way more sense in a Cerebro 3 deck that has Bast

I get one or two most games. You need to not drop him turn 2. I stack my 2s on a lane they're not developing and then put Warlock there on turn 3 or 4.

The key is you don't need your cards on tempo here. If you get Cerebro by turn 6 you're fine.

Well it's interesting because you lose a lot of Cerebro 2 staples doing it but you get to buff Cerebro and Mystique.

I personally was not interested in the deck type beforehand but yeah freeing up the storm, brood, Mr Fantastic slots opens up a lot of options for building

alternatively a surfer cerebro 4 deck that uses brood/storm/fantastic lol

It's much less synergistic because Surfer, Cerebro, and Mystique themselves won't be buffed.

Just got Lockjaw from Reserves!!! Also got Goose!! Question is who do I swap out for Lockjaw and/or what else should I use with this Jubilee deck?

Im sure theres a Lockjaw Jubilee deck out theres thats great!

Lockjaw and Jubilee suck together. Cards summoned by Jubilee don't trigger Lockjaw and that's one less card you can play with there. And you already have an effective pull from your deck power with Lockjaw that's frankly much better, so it makes no sense to include both.

I have all the series 3 cards I'm interested in right now (11 left) so I pinned Thanos in my shop.

i think jubilee and lockjaw are completely fine together. you can send the 1 power body of jubilee back into your deck and get something out of your deck instead. think of it as paying 4 energy for 2 lockjaw proc's

and your deck is already designed to be pulling big things out, jubilee can also do that in a different lane

But you can pull something big out from your deck with less cost using Lockjaw, meaning you can pull multiple things out. And playing Jubilee there means one less Lockjaw use you get. Why bother playing Jubilee in another lane for lower cost when you have Lockjaw at 3 + whatever you play there, for two activations, getting more on return than Jubilee, easy.

Jubilee is just a waste with Lockjaw. You can just put a lower cost card in there for better return.

running a ton of low cost cards means you run the risk of lockjaw exchanging one of them for another

jubilee can't hit herself off of her pull and lockjaw can't exchange her for herself either, so there's less of a chance you hit a small impact card

heres my list that uses both - can prob trade out mBaku for scorpion or something else better, was just trying it out since i have it (Its not very good at all)

MBaku Lockjaw + Cerebro is legitimately great
