Jeez Johnny >_>

and yeah I had an ankle thing in college when I was wasted and jumped down too many stairs and one foot landed sideways and shot a white light up my whole body but I was sliding down icy railings later that night and had no issues putting weight on the fucked up ankle... and I mostly didn't even limp after that. I feel like I was really lucky though.

I had kneecap kicked out of place once and I still dealt with it myself, no medical treatment (honestly I couldn't move my leg so getting transported was not possible). Also my brother got hit by cars a few times and one of those times he broke both lower bones in one of legs and he's got a metal rod in there now.

I don't know why I'm ranting about this but it seemed relevant and I get memory-deep when I get this elevated.

My neighbour had a trampoline when we were kids. Looking back, it's amazing to think there was never a single hospital visit because of it.

This was back in the day when we were super into WWF shit too. So we always tried to mimic wrestling moves on the trampoline.

Did the exact same thing. We always just did a rock paper scissors thing to determine who wins but we'd all get our moves in.

That wasn't even it though. We used to jump off of roofs onto the trampoline and me and friend collided once and barely and i'm pretty sure I broke a toe on his knee. That was my worst of that. I got off lucky.

I've never personally injured myself, but my little brother once got a gnarly bruise and a cut on his leg. I thought for sure he had broken it clean in half but somehow it didn't. We were jumping from the trampoline into the pool and his leg didn't make it all the way >_>

My older brother once picked up a table leg or something he found on the side of the road and threw it at me. BAM right in the head. I was like 8 years old and I was pouring blood all the way to the hospital. Shitload of stitches fixed that right up.

I absolutely provoked him, but I didn't think he was a lunatic like that. I hate my brother to this day.

this is embarrassing but fuck it. The knee thing I talked about... one of my stepsisters was jokingly throwing hands at me way back when we were both in high school so I was doing the same back. She swung a leg kick at me and I made a bad move and tried to dodge it but locked my leg back and she kicked my kneecap over to the side of my leg. It was my right leg. The kneecap was on the inside of my leg, facing to the left. I was half in shock while still on my feet. I remember yelling "STOP" and then I was on the floor and feeling sick. I put an ice pack on it and over the course of like 45 minutes, I gradually straightened my leg while holding the icepack against my kneecap. Any movement felt like I was being stabbed. Eventually the kneecap slid back into place once my leg was stragihtened enough and I ended up only missing a few days of school and work and limping for less than a week. Fucking scared me though when it happened O_O.

damn that sounds like something I would do lol...

My brother pulled a knife on me once and threatened me but I was making a sandwich and there a bread knife right behind me at the time so I reached back and grabbed it and threatened him back and he got mad and stormed out of the house and my mother yelled at me and I was like "well he fucking started it" and to be fair we had both temporarily moved back in with our parents at the beginning of covid so tensions were really high and that's why that happened in the first place.

I look back on those moments fondly though. I grew up. My brother still has height and weight on me big time but one time I was so absolutely drunk I fell asleep with music blasting and he punched a hole through my door. It's not a good idea to wake me up like that I guess.

I woke up. Assessed the situation in like 16 seconds and I LOST IT. I destroyed the rest of the door, scaring the fuck out of him in the process.
I chased him into the bathroom and I knew I didn't wanna wreck another door so I let him stew in there. We didn't talk for weeks after that. I'll always know how big and bad he tries to seem, I have a bad fuse.

Fell over a small tree on my way home from work, I was calling a cab at the time to go to the store. Ended up buying some alcohol.

Pretty sure I felt a crack in my side, or heard it or something. If it hurts in the morning I'll go to the hospital. Until then, it's cider time.

I've been playing like four hours of Diablo 3 a day lately. I'm about to burn out hard, but I'm also about to complete an armor set that may or may not grant me 2.5 billion damage per critical hit.

I could never do that. Last time I went even a single day without drinking was early 2020. And it was only because I had food poisoning.
