I know this one looks odd, but hear me out, or correct me if I'm wrong: every other town person is vanilla/(some other role.) And both scum flips have been double power. I have not heard from any vanilla/vanilla or power/power yet.

I'm not really sure how to respond to this because it's a perceptive thing but if you haven't noticed through my prior posts, I've been trying to make up for not being around as much as others by pointing out at least a couple things that other people haven't commented on because that's how conversation gets furthered (I will point out that while others are discussing MZero today I took issue with him last day and this is not a new suspicion).

What are your thoughts on Chang? I would implore you to read through what he's posted today and you will find his comments very sparse on actual contribution, just like Day 2.

I don't have any thoughts on chang currently. He is also in the group of people I haven't gotten strong pings from.

No, as I said I'm ready to vote Arti. I'm focusing on him because he hasn't been a topic of conversation, nobody responded to my thoughts last day, and I'm interested in seeing if other people agree with me (contrasting with MZero who people are already in agreement on from this topic).

If we are being very conservative in our clearing I would say Ben was mixing up previous games so it didn't matter who was his partner this game. Plus I feel as if neither sheep or Ben really interacted with ulti much this game off memory alone which may be telling.

If we are being a little less cautious then we know ulti's flavor which pokemon side at least he told the truth about and so ... actually I just realized this doesn't contrast with the above.

I don't think your line of reasoning works based on what I said above but ulti got knocked down several tiers of worry based on that scan.

Lea's activity is not usually alignment based but someone did say she can be possibly demoralized as town. Maybe she is busy but she has at this point ample time to contribute meaningfully.

Here's a bit of possible fanfiction for scum

Arti goes into night 2 realizing he has a gun to his head. Says as much. He had scum flavor cop so he figures maybe he can do a scan to be in town's good graces. He gets his scan back.

So before he can post today hb goes 'hey guys got a scan' (I did say you should have been more patient hb, still love you though)

Now at this point hb scanned someone else but knows the format. He can either give town this true information which may be able to help them or he can attempt wifom by not backing down from his planned claim.

He has little to lose as the buzzards were already circling. This makes sense to me for my head Canon and is also why ulti isn't super confirmed. Just looking good right now.

'Hb scanned someone else' should read arti scanned someone else. I may need breakfast before trying to own scum in the morning lol

While it sounds like you aren't the one who's necessarily suggesting that Lea is dejected as scum, I'm curious about your thoughts on this post since there's very clear dejection notwithstanding her external commitments being described.

My own ISO is down now and I can say she did give more opinions than I thought.
But nothing exactly that scum couldnt fake.
And it doesnt help that (due to her work I assume) that she disappears for large swaths of the day. She was barely there for day2.

So looking back on my start of day.

Arti did a thing
Ulti has a flavor scan
We have Lea locked in for flavor and she didn't move n1

Looks like I need to figure a couple more scum reads at least hm.

I give Han an A++ on the important job of doing something in your game that makes it memorable and different from any other game

Let me sum it up like this:

Things Lea did that I like:
Saying that she liked Plum for attacking Kirby the same way she attacked Abacus. (it gives off a feeling of shared towniness)
The post I quoted above.
She no-sold Bens claim pretty nicely.
She didn't let up on Abacus.

Things Lea did that I dislike:
Saying its better to make jokes than to make long posts with not many decisive opinions. Feels a little too self-aware.
Lea said IGCD was acting like his usual Chris sheepish self and that feels like he just doesnt want Chris to have any power. This is a more of a hindsight type of dislike, since Chris has been killing scum so well.
The big one is still the moment where she voted Sheep. This vote is meaningless even without hindsight since its clearly a jokevote she could easily take back (and she did). Even though she questioned Sheeps claim. Hell she spent more time joking about me than engaging Sheep before she eventually bowed out for the day. Again her work probably didnt help, but that doesnt take away that she seemed to dance around Sheep rather than confront him.

I'd say all in all Lea is not as bad as I thought she was. But I dont think she is town yet either.

Ben's name combo was good too tbf so it isn't like a clear but obviously we are having fried bird today so I am a little less worried about Lea for now.

I think if you add up Lea and ulti's scum equity at most there is an average of one scum between them so after arti we are still looking for two scum outside of that group.
