I think the phrasing is a bit inflammatory but it's not like this is sudden, she's been considering it for a while. never actually clear how serious those considerations were but I feel like if they're not at least partially serious then it's the sort of topic you absolutely wouldn't bring up at all.

her priorities are just in a different place. which seems like a pretty good reason to leave a job imo. especially if you have health issues since that really limits your time/energy/ability to work on multiple things at once so you basically have to get choosy with what you stick with and what you don't

Honestly, I tried looking for a stream where she outright talked about her priorities, and I don't think I've found any, though it's really hard to scour the entire hour of the few streams she did have. It was entirely revolving around Twitter, so basically if you didn't follow her, then all you're getting as a viewer is somebody who's stopped streaming after debut for a whole month. Contrary to what some memers might say, this IS a fucking job lol. I can't even imagine getting into the biggest company of that industry and basically taking a month break from the job a week into employment.

People have also quoted examples of Holo girls having other obligations and just managing it better.

If you think about it like that, she did have it coming. If anything she overstayed the welcome, and she was lucky the company itself doesn't care about long time disappearances. It's honestly playing on their good graces, and it feels personally inexcusable for me as a person who's seen this in other places. Also it's an offense to her artist, her managers, her riggers, and anybody who had a part in creating for her

I think it's called etiquette. Due to the nature of the job, it's not exactly something you do on a whim either.

tbqh, I find it hard to really understand health reasons preventing someone from vtubing when you have someone like ironmouse who is literally bedridden and has tubes coming out of her and can stream almost ever day. Hell, she had a month long subathon not too long ago.

Can't say I'm a huge fan of the discussion of treating a personality as a commodity.

It's just people are frustrated at what is perceived as someone selfishly squandering an incredible opportunity that could have otherwise gone to someone who could have really flourished in the role.

I kept thinking I would get used to her model, but it still looks more cgi compared to the rest to me.

Looks like Kson held true to feeling indebted to Rushia. All in all, she's obviously a klutz to the level of her detriment, so a much looser org like Vshojo might be better.

I just hope Kson doesn't make it like a Holo part 2 type of deal and bring in some new talents or some current indies. Ngl, seeing Tomari Mari in Vshojo might be great, and they're already really close, Mari making a guest appearance on Kson's 3d Live and all. Outside of Mari, some recruitment of new talents might be nice

Again... Why the fuck isn't Cover implementing nightbot or its equivalent? They exist, and they would destroy spams without having to turn on membership only mode.

I'd say this is a ploy to get more membership, but some girls deal with this with a subscriber of x amount of time thing, so... I dunno, I guess it doesn't absolutely eliminate the possibility of this being a way to get more members or subs but a bot to kill bots is just such a painless way to end all spams.
