Corrik omitted the part where Chang indicated he'd target Chris yesterday and brought it up as soon as he claimed today.

I need to reread far too many topics and may be fairly quiet today while I do that, but I was keeping up with the game so far, so I have my reads. I actually kinda like the Panth lynch! Not gonna vote him though because idk where votals are at and that's scary. Plus I have another target in mind.

The Panth read is in part because I like so many other players. Marth feels good and Sultan is in the never getting lynched please pile, and then we have the massive pile of confirmables who are probably just town too. Knowing my slot is town makes the PoE so much cleaner, cause although I liked Bat's claim I wasn't a fan of his play (it kinda lacked the confidence and bite of his mason game, although I think I understand why in part). Panth, meanwhile, has almost entirely slipped under my radar as an observer.

I currently feel slightly off on IGCD and will be looking for more from him today along with reading back a bit (as little as that may help with IGCD). I'd be very happy with lynching him or Panth today unless things change. Gonna slap this vote on so we know where I stand, but these reads are very subject to change when I actually analyse the game and get something more than, as Ulti and Chris have spent all game calling them, "vibe checks".

To clear up where I stand and remind everyone. Bat revealed it already, and like 90% of the time someone tells replaces to claim instantly so there was no reason not to.

I'm probably totally overthinking this, but Bat and Sheep did NOT claim the same flavor.

Anyways I'm about to go to work. Obviously Panth hasn't adequately addressed the attention not just from me, but from everyone else that makes me think he could possibly be town. I kinda hope to hear from him because regardless of his alignment, I hope he puts up more of a fight than he has.

That post came out weird. I'd love to think Panth is town but he hasn't engaged with the attention on him very much or very well.

To answer your question, I'm gonna say I don't believe his claim for a moment based on his involvement D1 (I do not think Vanilla IGCD spends so much time on the game, honestly), I like pretty much every other player more than him, and, frankly, he hasn't passed the vibe check. Last game and in most of his town games, he didn't give a shit about appearing useful and discussing the game. IGCD this game comments on the game as if trying to appear relevant, but doesn't really put himself in it. The interactions I've seen with him (particularly with Crescent) have a very him-flavoured flair, but they don't feel like they have substance behind them while trying to make it seem like they do.

I will readily admit this is not a "we should kill this dude rn" vote. I was not analysing every single post in detail and did not expect to replace in. The read is subject to change rapidly. But I do want to see more from him to convince me it should change, because right now I think he's the best lynch if Panth ends up off the table.

Also, Crescent, I can probably go through the topics in a couple hours to pick out every Sultan post that looks good. He has the ridiculously earnest-and-actually-trying energy that some town players who aren't incredibly experienced just have. I don't think there's a chance in hell scum Sultan replicates that.

Sultan has had a couple of moments this game that I think are beyond scum Sultan, so that's been my general feeling for a long while now.

And even with people getting killed off of it like Death and presumably Red, they've just been replaced by Chang and MZero.

By the way, if Corrik is scum, I believe this omission was calculated and deliberate. He was the first person to respond to the full train of thought concerning Chang's claim.

Further evidence: Corrik has been calling Chang scum for most of the game, and it's specifically something that backed him off a bit.

I don't think he just "forgets" it when he practically gave me praise for the argument.

Corrik is either scum who is worn down or town imo. Can't tell which but this isn't prime scum corrik at least

I'd also like to add that, while I don't have time to look it up now, Corrik calling me town I believe was shortly after I brought up that his words and vibes towards me were slightly off. He kept saying I was "scum" or "maybe scum", but tended to act like he believed the claim when he spoke of voting me.

I gotta get off to Synagogue now.

Kinda agree. Corrik is not happy with the scum team if he is scum.

Also, I have reread this topic and ISO. Panth's Marth vote is utterly dreadful, regardless of my thoughts on him. Basing a vote on that phrasing in particular is your only case is just... bad. It's so bad I almost think scum second guesses posting that.

Gonna be in and out for the next few hours but hold me to finishing my ISOs of Marth, Sultan, Panth and IGCD before the end of the day. And maybe Isquen. I would like to do Corrik and Ulti but that would require reading topic 2 again.
