Close between Mamoswine and Golurk imo, but went with the former

Tough call between Excadrill and Krookodile. In the past it was clearly Excadrill > Krookodile, but Krookodile being such a beast in Restricted Sparring made it even more interesting to me.

All of these are good except whatever the last one is

Yay Vibrava made it into the top 3 of yesterday's. I didn't have too much faith but I'm glad it made it.

freshman year of college there was a Pokmon tournament at the gaming club, and it was like B/W time period

so I went even though I didnt actually play competitively and had just a sort of half assed, not totally stat optimized team

first round I was paired against this guy who said he was a major bulbapedia editor or something (maybe one of the founders even? He said like do you know bulbapedia, and I said yeah, and he was like Im (insert online name here), and I said I didnt know what that means and he then explained his importance).

Anyway, he was wearing multiple watches for some reason and almost certainly had autism and I was sure he was going to kick my ass.

but my Krookodile had Moxie and it got an early kill and its power kept growing and basically sweeped his team. I beat him.
And then immediately got destroyed in the second round.

he happened to take the elevator down the same time my friends and I were leaving and just kept repeating moxie.... moxie!!!

so yeah obviously voted Krookodile

Flygon is my favorite Pokemon of all time.

That's a pretty good story that nearly swung it for me

Basically I love Excadrill, Krookodile and Rhyperior. They're all top tier Pokemon and in my top...30 or 40, at least

Excadrill helped me make Legend in GBL, Krookodile was a member of my favourite in-game team (BW, and overshadowed by Darmanitan, but still terrific).

But only one of them fires Geodude out of its ARM CANNONS and is tragically underrated, so I'm voting for Rhyperior

(I didn't even mention Mamoswine, who I also think is great, but if you use Mamoswine in Masters GBL I don't like you so it loses points there)

Story aside, I think Sandile/Krokorok/Krookodile has to be one of the highest quality three stage lines in the franchise.

(the rhyhorn line is also strong, Rhyperior just doesnt do it for me as much visually. Rhydon was already final form material, Rhyperior is kind of putting a hat on a hat.)

I get why you'd think that but to me Rhyperior just totally eclipses Rhyhorn. The body armour, the arm cannons, the signature move, the power. He is a bad, bad man

Hard to choose between Krookodile and Flygon. Golurk is also pretty great. The next few are okay, Rhyperior and Claydol are bad, and Alolan Dugtrio is an abomination

It's gotta be Flygon for me, although Rhyperior, Krookodile, and Excadrill are pretty sweet. I'd never seen Alolan Dugtrio before, and it's fuckin hilarious though.

Excadrill, Krookodile, and Mamoswine are all so good. Golurk just looks awesome.

I gotta go Mamo here though. My go-to singles team in gen 7 had a great Mamoswine/Vanilluxe combo and it was super fun.

Alolan forms are really hit-or-miss.

My top two are Flygon and Krookodile, who I have used in my in-game parties.

But Krookodile is more consistently reliable than Flygon so he gets the vote.

Rhyperior is ugly and I hate to look at it.

I don't care if it's the least usable of all of them, A-Dugtrio is FABULOUS. Everyone else is ugly.

I really wish Krookodile didn't have a dong-face.

Flygon is one of my all-time favorites. I like Mamoswine and Excadrill quite a bit too, and Golurk, Ursaluna, and Claydol are p. cool.

These are all great except for Rhyperior. Claydol is one of all all-time faves, though.

Literally all of these are good. Even Alolan Dugtrio is okay with the luscious hair. Golurk is a personal favourite because I cracked top 50 on the NU ladder in gen 5 using it, and I've used all of the others except Flygon and Dugtrio-A in my first play through of a game. That really warmed me up to Runerigus in particular. Krookodile is one of those that somehow always ends up on my team when it's available, along with Magnezone, Darmanitan and Butterfree/Crobat. I genuinely don't think I've finished a standard playthrough without one of those on my team since gen 3.
