Sick of seeing katana virgin users The few potentially great STR weapons ALL have magic or faith requirement/damage/scaling, totally fucking you up if you want to just spec out STR and not put one point in some magic shit. Why does the Ruins Greatsword have INT scaling? Moonveil did get a slight nerf, damage to poise. so it can now take an extra hit before you stagger enemies with L2+R2. Sword of the Night and Flame is still good, just not ridiculous anymore. MJOLNRVII 03/17/22 11:58:44 AM #114:	Great Glintstone Shard was decent enough at killing bosses that took good Magic damage, and not too expensive that you'd run out of FP often enough to need a ton of Cerulean Flasks. Now that it has better projectile speed and range I think it might be one of my preferred spells for general use. But yeah Glintstone Pebble was too efficient compared to the other ranged spells, and I used it and only it for at least 80% of the bosses. I just wish the best Sorcerer talismans didn't come with a drawback. Magic Scorpion Charm is the biggest buff but makes your damage absorption worse, and the reduced FP costs one is a health debuff which is always feelsbad. I wanted to use that FP on kill one because I like clearing all the mobs in an area with just magic when I can, but it's really bad(3 FP per kill I think). Its fucking busted and Fingerprint Greatshield absolutely needs to be nerfed for PvP reasons, idgaf about the above setup making PvE a joke when there's only one hard boss in the game. I had already beaten that Evergaol. So when I got there I heard some howling but couldn't find Blaidd. Turns out I had to go right to the center of the Evergaol where you port in and when I pushed X (I swapped Triangle and X) it talked to him even though he wasn't visible. AFAIK the snap was only used to meet him in Mistwood. I don't think I actually saw him in Nokron but I could be wrong. Edit: According to the Wiki you don't actually need to find him in the Evergaol. When you finish Ranni's questline he should still show up at her tower. My favorite environments in video games tend to be the starry night snow level looking type areas (although in this game its underground in a cave but man it still looks cool), and I had the dark link battle theme from ocarina of time in my head the entire time during the mimic tear boss battle. I tried beating it with hookclaws. I only got close to beating it a few times. The reach advantage my mimic had was very noticeable and it also liked spamming waterfowl dance. once i switched to malenia blade after dying a bunch of times i just spammed tf out of its weapon art too and beat it lol. --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems.
