It don't matter what genre it is, just need recommendations on fun games on PC with a fuck ton of stuff to do and or just make you play a lot. Some examples would be Monster Hunter World, Path of Exile, Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, any GTA, Assassin's Creed Odyssey. These games either have a lot of stuff to do or have gameplay mechanics that makes you keep on playing

I've been playing a lot of Elder Scrolls Online this year and have probably put in at least 500 hours. It has too many failings to really recommend, honestly, but if you wanted something to just dive into and no-life it or something, you could do that (on console or PC). I'd recommend getting the Blackwood Collection, since that's the most 'complete' version you can buy right now.

Came to say Path of Exile. Thousands of hours for me. I don't use Steam because fuck that, but it would be truly sad to see how many hours I have put into it. New stuff every three months. Super deep character building.

I got 0, Kiwami 1 and 2 in my library for a while now. Maybe I'll play 0 after I spend 500 more hours on RDR2 (finish my current playthrough i just started chapter 4 then do a second playthrough to 100% the game and play a bad(der) guy instead of my current playthrough of getting good honor every chance I get).

There's more to do in Warframe and some of the mechanics have been updated slightly, but it's more or less the same. You either kinda fall into the weapon collecting/grind loop or don't. You didn't give it enough time to fall into that at all, but if you don't like the core gameplay, then you won't like it.

It's strong suit is that it's very easy to jump in and out of over years and it's easy to sell stuff for in-game currency so that you don't really need to spend any money if you don't want to. I've spent maybe $20 over the years and have 1500hrs logged. It's also very easy to log into for like 15 minutes and still feel like you accomplished something. Most missions can be completed in 2-5 minutes.

Final Fantasy 14, if you can deal with the MMO aspects of it. But the main story questline for the base game and all expansions is easily 200-250+ hours, at a minimum.

100%'ing Red Dead Redemption 2 took me about 120 hours.

If you like grand strategy games, Paradox games always give me countless hours of entertainment.

My favorite is Crusader Kings 2, but 3 isn't bad either.
There's also:
Stellaris
Europa Universalis IV
Hearts of Iron IV
Victoria 2 (It's pretty outdated now, but I still like it. 3 is on the way someday too.)

Most factory/automation games have a metric fuckton of gameplay.

Satisfactory is a great one, especially if you're somewhat new to the genre. I've also recently gotten hooked on Dyson Sphere Program. It has consistently blown my mind in terms of both scale and sheer beauty. Launching your first solar sails and starting on your first Dyson sphere can create some absolutely jaw-droppingly stunning moments.

That 372 seems low to me. I spent well over 100 on the original and I didn't even finish the first LoZ map.

Skyrim

Any popular MMO

Any online multiplayer game that you enjoy playing

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

You can probably get 100 hours out of Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning, Dragon's Dogma, and Kingdom Come: Deliverence. That mostly depends on how much you like them though.

Came in to recommend basically all of these. Pretty much any grand strategy by Paradox has the potential to be a great time sink. EU4 has a special place in my heart, with me now approaching the 5,000 hour mark, but the others are good fun as well for anybody looking for a quality strategy game.

Also came in to say Factorio, which is more or less in the same category of these games. If figuring out the logistics of moving massive amounts of resources around and mass crafting stuff is your thing, Satisfactory, Factorio, Dyson Sphere, etc. are all great games.
