I've posted about this before, but MULTIPLE neighbors keep parking in front of my garage in my parking spot (i live in a condo complex). This is more of a problem than normal, because it effectively traps me in my apartment since I can only exit thru the garage in my wheelchair.

I've left notes on the windshield explaining the situation, and it still happens almost once a week. They have 'no parking' signs on amazon, but I don't really know how to attach it securely outside. They also have caltrops on amazon and i think that would be funnier. Can i get in trouble for fucking up someones car if they're not supposed to park there anyway?

Yeah this happened to me all the time at an apartment I used to live at. I tried to be the nice guy at first but got so sick of it I just start getting them towed.

If it's publicly accessible, then you're gonna have a bad time legally if you put caltrops there and someone damages their car, or worse gets injured.

Yes, it's illegal (well it is in the UK). Can you block them in? If so, do that every opportunity and people'll soon stop parking there.

If there's a very clear 'NO PARKING - ACCESS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES' sign up in front of it too, just open your garage and - if it hits any cars parked - you shouldn't be liable for any damage caused and they'll probably stop parking there as it shouldn't be able to be claimed against their insurance (once again; UK here so laws may vary in your country).
