My brother got covid (but is getting better), I had to stay away from the gym because of that, my legs got some minor frostbite, I'm sneezing and stuffy, and one of the hinges on one of the toilet seats broke. If you feel uncomfortable, you can wear something that only other bronies would recognize. An obvious example would be RD's cutie mark. I'd recommend looking up which gold chest has the Forest Guardian sword, which can then be upgraded into the Immortal sword from the nighttime merchant. It's got less damage than the other best sword, but a much higher crit rate. It costs a lot, but a couple days of amber/honey farming can get you the cash you need. There's also one sidequest that's stupidly easy to miss. It requires you to have candy (which only drops from a certain night-only enemy), go into the village at 11 or later on a sunny day when the kids are together, talk to one, then deny them candy, which is the only time a dialogue choice affects anything. This will allow the rest of the quests to unlock, which give you more recipes and crops, including herbal tea, which has the biggest profit margin. Don't think it's really worth playing once there's no story or equipment to grind for. There's potential there, so I hope they keep at it. After that, I got Unpacking since it was on sale. It's a nice relaxing little game where you unpack household items from boxes and place them in appropriate places. When all boxes are disposed of, the game tells you which items are misplaced, so you have to find out where they go. There's a story of the protagonist's life that's quietly told through the items and environments as she grows up, without actually seeing anyone outside of tiny photos you place. After you've completed a level, you can watch a sped-up replay of you placing the items, which can be nice to watch. It's short, being completable in about an hour, but worth a try. The joycons worked, with normal control inputs, so there's no reason for them to disable the controller. These games don't do anything special, either. They're casual mass-produced things that don't push any boundaries. Big Fish Games has hundreds, if not thousands. Not a fan of the anime art style, but it's hardly a deal-breaker. I think it's because these characters always look too clean and flawless, despite some of them leading tough lifestyles. Probably the same reason I dislike when some work of fiction has bright and shiny spotless environments you'd see in some super hi-tech place. I like a bit of rugged wear-and-tear. Also dislike how the female love interests look so young. Two of them even look like they're no older than ten! I get that you can't make a curvy bombshell, but does there have to be love interests that look like they're in the fifth grade?! So instead of marrying someone for their personality, I'm marrying based on whoever looks closest to 18 (which would probably be the guard girl, Forte). Like Yahtzee Croshaw said, it's hard to get romantically invested in a character with the proportions of Dora the Explorer. Stardew didn't have this problem. Every love interest was obviously an adult.
