Well, that was a bit odd. Downloaded this demo for some generic hidden object/puzzle game on my Switch and my controller stopped working. The joycons worked, with normal control inputs, so there's no reason for them to disable the controller. These games don't do anything special, either. They're casual mass-produced things that don't push any boundaries. Big Fish Games has hundreds, if not thousands. Their most notable being the Mystery Case Files series, which stood above the rest by having a bigger budget and even live-action actors sometimes, though more recent ones went back to having the same general style as the rest of the generic games.
