I do find it strange to brush your teeth at work on a regular basis, especially if not doing so on a paid break. However, I would find it okay if you had a in-house interview or were headed to dental appointment thereafter.

Personally, I brush my teeth before bed every night and that works for me.

Not weird (though I don't do it personally). Plenty of people brush after meals, and plenty of people eat at/during work.

You're supposed to wait thirty minutes to an hour after eating before brushing, so unless you eat fast or are doing it way after lunch you might be doing more harm than good!

It wouldn't even be a thing I noticed a coworker doing to judge in the first place, though.

The only thing that is making this weird is that it's something that you usually do in private
But because work usually has shared bathrooms you need to brush while other people are watching you and that feels weird

I do it sometimes, but not always. One of the bathroom stalls has a private sink as well, but frankly I can't say I care if I bump into someone while brushing my teeth.

We only had one guy in the office who used to brush his teeth. Maybe I found it slightly weird, but was ultimately fine with it. Same guy used to cut his nails in his cube though - didn't like that at all.
