Biggest point spreads (with nfl.com's power rankings):
-13 Buffalo #3 vs Miami #29 -10 Cincinnati #7 vs NY Jets #31 -10 Kansas City #14 vs NY Giants #24 I've already taken Cincinnati (might be first time this season I've been unable to pick a team I wanted to use) and Buffalo has the Jets in 2 weeks. Meanwhile Kansas City is falling apart, and this might be the last chance to pick this sinking ship "safely." Bengals at Jets feels like such a trap game after the blowouts these two teams were involved in last week.
I'm really glad I got rid of the Bengals ASAP in general. Shockingly, in week 8 of 2021, I am more confident in the Bengals than the Chiefs.
Cincinnati Bengals I was looking at the Chiefs for this week because they don't really have any easy games after this... but the Bengals don't reallllly have any either. Oof. I was happy enough to get eliminated by the Jets being the better team but man, that was a really terrible call and Burrow deserved a chance for a 2 minute drill. The defense did the job.
That being said, this is the second consecutive year I'm eliminated by the Jets, last year it was lolrams in week 15, this week it's the Bungles in week 8... consistent historical rules being enforced, lol.
